Everything was delicious, I got the pulled pork tacos. They were full of flavor, not too big and not too small of a serving, it was just right. The smoked brisket sandwich is also very good. The prices are reasonable. The quality is excellent. Youu can tell that someone knows how to use a smoker.Will definitely be back.If you live in the area or are just passing through, do yourself and your tastebuds a favor and give Papa T's a try.
True pulled pork in New York! I grew up in eastern NC, and their Carolina sauce and slow roasted pork are spot on -- order Cole slaw as a side and you cant get a better barbecue sandwich anywhere! (The medium sauce needed Tabasco, so order the hot if you like a zing, then add Tabasco if you want to roast). Right off highway I-86, well worth a stop when they are open.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily park a ramp van in the lot and roll up to the ordering window. There are no ramps or stairs in the area and the tables have chairs that can be set aside to accommodate a wheelchair.
