Love the atmosphere of this little café, the service was good as were the food and drink. Would love to see tapioca pearls in the bubble tea if that hasn’t already been added since my last visit!

Very friendly staff, awesome pastries, a fun atmosphere, and the best sugary coffees.

Fun place right in Dansville. This is actually three restaurants in one general space, but we only visited the Sugarbowl. Everything was great that our group tried and we went back three times in two days, we enjoyed so much. My favorite was the golden milk tea, which is now a new obsession of mine.

This is the best place ever! The only problem I have is that one of the workers didn't ask what size I wanted (for a sundae) and just immediately assumed I wanted a large 😂 but I ate the entire thing, so I think they could just read my mind. So come here if you want your food made by Charles Xavier.
Also, they're should be more chairs outside of the building, I had to sit far away from it because there was other people :(
Kid-friendliness: I am a teenager and they were friendly 👍

Iced vanilla latte was delicious and made very quickly! Arrived right before closing so unfortunately not too many pastries to pick from.
I love this coffee shop! Gluten free options and the amazing service I get everyone will keep me around!

I called Sugar Bowl around 12:10 this afternoon to place a lunch order. Amy answered, took my order down after repeating it as well as took down my name AND phone number. Told me it would be a 35 minute wait due to a large order they just received. No problem, understandable! I show up at 12:45 and Amy tells me "We do not have the cheese you wanted.." .. okay? Couldn't you have called me to tell me that 30 minutes ago? I asked "So now I have to wait awhile for the food to be made?". Her response was "yeah". I was on my lunch break which is limited time. Unacceptable and disappointed to say the least. What is the point of getting a phone number if you are not going to call the customer. However, Emma over in Coffee Cup saved the day. I explained the situation and she promptly said “What can I do to make this right?". We came to a resolution I was more than satisfied with. Awesome service from her! Thank you Emma :)
Kitchen is shared with diner next door, so our takeout order took 30 minutes. A customer walked into the kitchen holding a baby in an effort to get their food sooner. Music playing had explicit language that seems inappropriate for a coffee shop.Breakfast sandwich was good, coffee was terrible.

We always enjoy stopping in for a coffee treat and a sandwich when in town. Quaint, nice atmosphere. Right on Main Street. Historical feel. The staff is always warm and welcoming.
Parking: You park out front on Main Street. I’ve never had any problem finding as spot.

I live an hour away. I just wanted food for the road. I googled quick breakfast near me and this spot came up so I went. So glad I did, and I will come back when I’m in the area. Great breakfast sandwich, hit the spot!

To be fair, we came to this restaurant during the Sunday brunch crush. However, the food service took over an hour. A customer had come in after us, was seated, served, and left before we even got our food. The atmosphere was nice, but clearly, the popularity of the establishment outstripped their ability to cope. The room we were in was not full and no one was waiting for a table. If I come here again will shoot for a weekday.
