We were camping at the nearby Stony Brook State Park, and on a lazy rainy morning decided to head into town for breakfast. The place has a great mix of classic vibes with a nice re-fresh. There are traditional counter seats (with a clean uncluttered counter combined with great vintage diner style fixed round stools) and then plenty of wood booths. Amazing customer service when we stepped in. I loved how the tables were all clean and already set up! Our waitress was very kind and friendly! Our food and coffee were perfect. I would love to come back again.
Found this place during a road trip to see the eclipse. Couldn't see it through the clouds but the whole trip wasn't a bust. It was our good fortune to have lunch in such a lovely place. The food was very good. The atmosphere is charming with the exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors and ornate tin ceiling tiles. The best part was the warm welcome and great service given by Autumn. Thanks to her we also learned of the eclipse party in the bar 2 doors down. There...
