I like this place because it’s just what you need after a long day of hiking Letchworth and Stony Brook gorges. Quick, straightforward, and good. Very friendly staff. Also, on a Sunday, it was one of the only places in the whole town that was open.

DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT WORK HERE!! BAD ATMOSPHERE!! Workers often complain about less fortunate people as in people on welfare or any other discrimination. They pick on other employees that are not on shift such as name calling and spreading lies. Multiple times I found my food was not cooked all the way including chicken wings!! I GOT SICK FROM FOOD POISONING! They don't wear hats or hair nets and often don't change gloves/wash their hands!! THEY USED LATEX GLOVES AND IM DEATHLY ALLERGIC!! Often times they complain about making food and often times get the ingredients wrong. They say they are a family friendly/kid friendly restaurant but often times I have heard provocative music playing as well as provocative name calling in front of my kids to another employee. I have also seen beers been cracked open by employees while working! Not safe if you ask me! I'm a local and would not recommend going here or working here to my worst enemy. WISH THERE WAS A NO STAR OPTION!

Stopped by Tony’s Pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was fresh with a dough that really stood out—you could tell from the crust. Light, fluffy, and with just the right crunch. The cheese amount was spot on, though I would’ve liked a little more sauce. The garlic bread was the star—perfect texture with just the right amount of cheese and seasoning. Staff was friendly, and overall it’s a very nice pizza place. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

Went for a quick weekday lunch while I was checking out the Fairy Doors. Staff was friendly, food came out fast and was delicious. Very reasonable prices and a really convenient location. They also have some cool historical pictures inside.

Very disappointed in customer service & how I was treated when I called inquiring on the gluten free crust to ask what it was made out of. Concerning you can’t even answer the question or take the time to look at the box. And your boss states it’s highly likely to have cross contamination for gluten?! Why offer gluten free then? Very poor customer service. Miss Tony & Salome as the owners!

Place is clean and kitchen is open, very friendly and professional workers, the food is a little spicy with Tony's spin on food, love a owner that puts there creations in effect I prefer spicy and think it's the best pizzaria on the block.
I had an issue last week where I got the completely wrong toppings on my pizza and they were already closed when I had opened it at home. My kids are picky and will not eat pepperoni, so I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. I did not get that and tried to call immediately, but they were gone at 8:08. I called the next day after having to go out and get my kids McDonald’s as they wouldn’t eat the pizza, and they offered me to credit me a topping of mushrooms and extra cheese. My friend asked me what about the pizza underneath? I kind of agree now. I legit threw out an entire pizza and am only getting credited for a topping? I just wish the customer service would have made it right to what I had ordered. The staff was nice enough but I did not get what I ordered and I think that should have been the priority.

Unfortunately, after Tony left the food has gone down hill a little. I’m not sure why everything tastes different… I’m guessing they started going with cheaper ingredients. But the staffing is wonderful and very friendly, and I’ll say they keep the pizza shop very clean!
