I was pretty bummed when I found out my favorite tea was discontinued a couple years ago. Someone posted on Reddit to try Design A Tea, so I did and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled to find that I could have my favorite tea custom created- Green tea, orange, passionfruit, and jasmine. The options that they have available is insane. Ordered for the first time just over a month ago and loved my tea! Ready to place my next order! Great customer service and left me a nice Thanksgiving note on my invoice. Hope to keep ordering as time goes on
The tea is amazing, the website is easy to use and the owners are the best! They answer emails quickly and they took very good care of me and my order since I wanted a specific tea not on their website. They were able to make me not one, but two containers of this special tea! It means so much to me that Brian and his team have made this tea, and shipped it so quick! Thank you all for everything! A life long customer has been made!
