Decent service never know what your going get tho from time to time they forget the sweetener

Waited 5+ minutes in the drive thru. Gave my order. 3 drinks. Get to the pick-up window. Hands me the 3 drinks. 1 drink is wrong. Needed small mocha not med Carmel. I need the mocha so 2 choices here:refund the med Carmel & charge/make the small mocha. Gave me the mocha. Ok. Asked for 2 pretzel bagels to be added on(just bagels in a bag). Was told I’d have to drive around again if I wanted those? Was told drive thru was backed up couldn’t do an add on🤷♀️. I work for your competitor…never turn down a sale especially if you’ve already given the customer the wrong order accompanied by a bad attitude. Always try to make a bad situation into a better one! Location: Corfu NY FYI the bagels were for my granddaughter!

We stopped to grab coffee on our way out of Darien Lake before our 2 hour drive home. Zay helped me with my order of a vanilla cappuccino and she was incredibly customer-focused. She was friendly and kind. It was a perfect end to our visit.

The doughnuts are the freshest I’ve had and blows DD away. The breakfast sandwich was also very good. The service was why I rated a 3 and not 5. Although the workers were friendly, not very attentive and forgot half my order. I had to drive back to get the rest and when I told her the flavor she said, “no, I remember it was Carmel…… if she didn’t remember the first time, why would she doubt me on what flavor I wanted the second time? The flavor she gave me was good so it worked out but, I must admit, it was strange.

Breakfast sandwich was average, but donut was good. I would return. Not much else to say. Place was steady busy.

The coffee was what I expect from Tim’s being from Canada ourselves-hot, flavourful and rich. The unfortunate part is that like every other beverage or food item in the park, it was crazy expensive-almost $5 US when in Canada this coffee came a $2.39 Cdn at the time of this review. Don’t be negative on the brand or the product, just realize that the locations causes everything to be extremely marked up

Coffee was OK, but $5 USD?!? It's a very small Timmies by the entrance, very little selection and extremely overpriced, although it IS located in an amusement park so you get to pay $50 to get the privilege of buying such an expensive coffee.

I love Tim Horton's, I moved out to the southern tier and we don't have them out here. The hot chocolate and chocolate chip muffins are the only things i get but they are always so good.
