Decided to place a pickup order tonight for the first time. The place was packed, including over 10 people waiting for their orders. They had 1 server, I believe her name was Deborah, running back and forth- packing the orders, taking orders, and also helping the dine-in family. I felt terrible for her. How could a business leave her by herself? It was very unsettling to see her stressed out, have people’s phones in their face asking where there order is, and making sure everything was accurate. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, and by the time I got my food, it was ice cold. I thought it would be on the hotter scale since as soon as it went on the table, it was packed it up and handed it to me. It was crazy! A doordasher said to me “Is it always like this?” I said, “Honestly, this is my first time here!”. I don’t know if i’ll come back to the Deer Park location, which sucks since it’s closest to me. They need to treat their employees correct, and make sure their food quality is up to standard. $35 for my food and it was cold, late, and employees treated unfairly.

Love this Applebees. Edwin is fantastic and always greets us as if he really likes his job and people. This is a take out location but Edwin is such a pleasure we enjoy staying and dining in. Place is very clean and atmosphere is quiet. Meals are prepared fast and fresh. Chris the manager is lovely as well. She takes interest in her customers and staff. I would recommend this Applebees to everyone.
Great place! My family and I have been coming here for years. Never a disappointment. They just recently did a remodel inside and it looks great. Highly recommend this restaurant.
