I had a terrible experience at the Auntie Anne’s in Tanger Outlets Deer Park. I placed an order through DoorDash at 3:23 PM and waited about 15 minutes, only to see that my order was marked as ready. When I went to pick it up, I was told it actually wasn’t ready and that I’d need to wait another 10 minutes. Fine, I waited. Came back 15 minutes later, and the cashier still told me it wasn’t ready and that they weren’t sure when it would be. I asked if it would take 10 more minutes or 30 minutes, and the cashier just kept telling me she’s not sure. At that point, I had to cancel my order because it was ridiculous.

To make it worse, we had actually been told the first time to come back in 20 minutes for plain pretzels, which we pre-ordered in the app specifically to save time. Came back, and guess what? Nothing was ready. What was the point of pre-ordering if they couldn’t even manage that?

On top of that, this location is NEVER stocked. Every time I stop by, they’re out of something—whether it’s pretzels, dips, or drinks. It’s just poorly managed overall.

Now, if you want a real Auntie Anne’s experience, go to the one at Green Acres Mall. That location is AMAZING—always stocked, super friendly staff, and they actually know how to run the place. It’s a little further, but totally worth it. The Deer Park one? Not so much. Save your time and go somewhere else.

They are always sold out. What’s the point?? I have tried on 3 different occasions to get food here and nothing.

This is the worst Auntie Anne's I've been to. The cinnamon pretzel were plain, no sugar, dry and no cinnamon. There was nothing to serve for customers except the cinnamon pretzels.

i went at 1130 when it opens up at 11, the worker inside refused to acknowledge i was even there, then she gave me the finger when i was leaving, this is unacceptable and that worker needs to be fired asap! young black lady short hair, absolutely pathetic services
