No phone to pre order large buckets , booth not fully stocked with containers needed. Made up with Service oriented server, generous bucket for wait inconveniences. Overall, good experience and pretzels super fresh
The efficiency and speed of service at Auntie Anne’s is commendable.Despite the busy nature of the store, the staff worked diligently to serve customers promptly without compromising on quality. It was clear they valued both efficiency and the customer experience. Staff is friendly and kind.
Auntie Anne’s isn’t what it used to be, at least at this location. Wait in a long line, excited for fresh warm pretzels, spent $30 for 2 pretzel nuggets & 2 lemonades. I was very let down & lost my appetite after eating 3 hard & cold pretzels. :( I also asked to try the cinnamon pretzel nugget for my daughter & after spending $30 it was a “no we don’t do samples”.
