They have good food but I was texted my order was ready which it usually is when I go in so I was confused why I was waiting for 15 minutes in the store . Where I saw my order sitting in a rack since I walked in , Iunbagged and was told to wait . A lady with blonde hair looked at it and then walked away . I was told my food was being worked on still . Then a man from the kitchen said maybe this is Krista’s order … just annoying to have to wait that long for food that was already ready when I was in a hurry and ordered 45 minutes ago online

The food is good. I won’t argue that. BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. The workers just tried overcharging me 40%! When I spoke up about the price, they fixed it with such a rude attitude and didn’t apologize at all. This wasn’t the first time they were rude to me either. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THEM OVERCHARGING AND EXPECT SOME ATTITUDE

We came to visit family in Long Island and decided to sit down for breakfast. ❤️ The staff was super personable and attentive, with a super family friendly environment. They knew a lot of the folks coming in. 🗽 I tell you, the welcoming atmosphere and Long Island was awesome. 😋 we had bagels, pancakes and toast for breakfast and it tasted great.
Will 💯 return, whenever I’m back in Long Island.

Picked up egg onion and egg everything bagels with cream cheese for my son and I. We usually go to first class, and I wish we did. My son wanted to go there that was the only reason why I went. Long story short we got horribly sick after eating the bagels. It was a terrible experience to say the least, we only ate half each bc something was way off threw the other half away and within minutes we were both puking.
I love this place, best in Deer Park for bagels. I always go in and get a bagel, extra toasted with cream cheese. The last 3 times I’ve gone I always make sure to say extra toasted, but it seems like it hasn’t even gone through the toaster once.

During my visit, I overheard a customer use a derogatory word that I found highly inappropriate and offensive. The word was whigger, and it was used multiple times in conversation with the staff.
As a customer, I expect to dine in an environment that is welcoming and respectful to everyone. The use of such language not only creates an unwelcoming atmosphere but also reflects poorly on the establishment’s values and commitment to inclusivity.
It was my first time there, the staff was nice when I walked in but just hearing how casual that word was thrown out in conversation and the staff just continued engaging like the word isn’t offensive, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and for that reason I won’t return.

I ordered a spinach sauce egg and cheese wrap and requested eggs over medium with pepper ONLY. My order came with another type of wrap and drenched in ketchup.. disgusting and sloppy. Had to throw it out unfortunately. It was on every morsel. This is my first time ordering and my last. Just becsuse the cook likes ketchup doesn't mean we all do. Seriously get it together. I can understand the not having a spinach wrap but the ketchup. I didn't even want salt. Prob was in there too..
