DONT GO TO THIS BASKIN ROBBINS! There's another one deer park Avenue nearby. Ahmad rung us up and he was acting like a psycho! He made it very clear how much he did not want to do his job as he huffed and puffed for each sundae we asked for. In addition to his rudeness, he messed up half of our orders and then somehow managed to over-charge us too! When we showed him the mistake on our receipt, he then caused HUGE scene in front of my poor 2 year old niece and ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant ice cream outting. I'm embarrassed for Dunkin donuts/ Baskin Robbins to have such a disgruntled employee representing their companies.

When shopping at the Deer Park outlets, this is a nice place to come and get a quick refreshing snack. Like most Baskin-Robbins in similar locations, the selection of flavors is a bit limited but it is good enough after a long afternoon of shopping.

This is a joint BR and Dunkin Donuts joint on the corner of LI ave and Commack Rd. I stopped in here to get a birthday cake for Mom and luckily found what I was looking for: ice cream cake with actual CAKE inside (not just ice cream). There was only one size (6" round ) left with the cake inside (turns out this was perfect anyway...). I brought it to the counter and asked if it was possible to have writing on the cake as it was kinda small. The employee asked "What do you want it to say" I replied "Happy Birthday" Employee: "How about Happy B-day?" (light and funny tone) Me: "Sure" Employee: "Who is it for?" Me: "My mom" With that he disappears with the cake as I pay for it. (I also had a $3 coupon for the cake...SCORE!). He brings the cake back and beautifully written in the cake is "Happy Birthday Mom"! He did an amazing job :) I even gave him a high-five! LOL Kudos to him and the rest of the employees for making this a pleasurable experience!
