If I could give you a zero , I would!!!! The Deli counter personal this evening around 5pm two men working both where not very helpful and very rude . I had a question and they thought I was a joke needless to say I will be shopping in Commack from now . Thanks for nothing your deli department was disgusting anyway. Thanks for nothing

B J in Commack is a Joke and Buyers Beware This Store just open up and glad i got a free opening B J Card, Because today I just did away with mind and will never go back It can never be Compare with Costco. Today i went because there was a sale on FIJI Water and figure I pick up a pound of Pastrami and Sauerkraut, and now the Sauerkraut I ask the first 2 employers where it was they didn't know what I was talking about or what Sauerkraut was the last 3 Employers had no Clue where it was said Sorry to me unbelievable now I have a door alarm near frozen area beeping loudly thru out the Store on Top of it all still beeping as I am leaving store I said forget this BJ Store went to front desk to explain to them and they look at me like i head 3 heads, But I still remain Calm figuring when I get Home I call customer service.. Now this is the best part and glad I did not purchase a big item, And this is also why B J has a bad return Policy. Now I calling customer service said it will be a hold time of 10 minutes said ok then said it will be another 10 minutes so I waited 20 minutes finally a girl comes on and I ask her name which she said was Sadie, I try to explain the problem i had in the store in Commack, She said I would need my number and i said why and she gave me no reason so I Said how about giving be B J corporates number which she didn't have then I said where am calling and she was very Hesitant to tell me so I ask her can you tell be the state she said I calling the Country in Colombia That was it I hung up never got my Pastrami or Sauerkraut or to talk to anyone from Customer Service, will never go Back to this store If this Store lasts one year I be shocked

Went twice. First time I saw a a dirty looking man take off his dirty looking shoes and socks and put them in a shoebox then take the new shoes from the box and put them on and walk towards the entrance, I told an associate (who didn't seem to care) and told them that they would need to clean the area. Second time ( yep I went back...fool me twice) to just get applesauce for my kids lunch box. There were small roaches crawling all over the boxes. I noped my way out, never went back and let my membership expire

What a *hithole. I write this review as I'm still on line for "member services" for over 15 min already as the line hasn't moved. There's ONE lady behind the counter as the line stretches to the entrance. I will NOT be renewing my membership which I rarely use since joining Costco anyway.

Sometimes there's too many empty shelves. For this to be a warehouse... point blankd the shelves need to be restocked at this location. There are barely employees walking around to help customers. I do want to say the people that man the self checkout are always on top of things. I for sure had a way better experience in the past.

We took a day trip to Deer Park on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving which was the perfect time to go before the holiday shopping rush began. There was no food court in this location unless it was closed due to covid. The place was definitely less crowded. There were obviously no food sampling. There were indicators at checkout where people stand to indicate social distancing of 6 feet. In addition the staff was working at 50% capacity. Overall, this would be the perfect day and time to visit and shop.

Negative Rating! Zero star! On May 5, 2020 I sent an email about discrimination complaint . The Customer Service staffs and Supervisor/ Manager don't want to allow me to return 2 dead orchids I bought from BJs, citing COVID19 policy. I insisted and questioned them about their return policy that was not even stipulated in the receipt that orchids cannot be returned and they want to kick me out of the line at the Customer Service to serve other customers after me in the line... I felt so humiliated and demeaned by the staffs . Bec. of this, I cancelled my membership the same day, also in my email. And I stopped shopping at BJs since that day!!!

Zero stars! This has been the absolute worst customer service experience ever! I ordered a smoker online and received it broken. I have now been emailing and calling BJs for over three weeks. Last email response I received was someone telling me they would require 3 business days for the internal team to look into it. It's been over a week with zero contact on their end. I spent hundreds of dollars for a broken item and terrible service. We are probably cancelling our membership all together after this situation is resolved.

I have been having so much trouble with there customer service people, so incompetent! I keep calling and sending emails with NO help or response to this easy fix. This is the last email that I sent to corporate yesterday with still no response or acknowledgement. My God were to begin. This all started when your company automatically renewed my membership. On March 1, 2020 my Bjs's credit card was billed $116.80. As soon as I received my bill I called to inquire as to why I was charged $116.80 instead of the $55 for our membership. I was informed that I was upgraded to Elite membership, I stated that I did not request this or authorize it. I explained that I wanted to be put back to the Inner Circle Membership and for you to return the $61 dollar over charge to my credit card. I was told that this will be done. The next month when my bill came there was NO credit. so I called again on 4/30/20 spoke to James he said that he issued the refund. I call my credit card company a few days later and they show no credit. So I call yet again on 5/9/20 spoke to maracol she too states that a refund will be issued and should take 7 to 10 days to show on card. 5/11/20 my husband goes to shop has everything on the belt to be told that our membership has expired. Needless to say he was angry and embarrassed! So I call yet again on the 5/11/20 and spoke to a Collie at this point I demand to speak to a supervisor, she informs me that one will call me back within 24 hours. No I did not get the curtesy of a call back!! Now I am furious i sit on hold for 3 HOURS on 5/12/20 from 6-9 waiting to have my call answered with NO answer. 5/13/20 yes you guessed it I call again to be informed that a supervisor will call me back, and wow the next day Wednesday I actually got a call from Freddy to be informed that he needs until Friday to come up with a resolution, Yup you guessed it again NO CALL from Freddy. I can not believe the amount of promises not kept and the total incompetency of your customer service department is. So on Sunday 5/17/20 I call my credit card company again to see if there is a credit. No there is not!! so you have my money and canceled my membership. I am sooo upset and call your customer service again and was told a supervisor will call me back in 1 hour!!! I stayed home all day waiting for this call. But was not surprised when it didn't come. So what are you going to do about this. I also emailed your customer service and never received a response back from them either. I SURELY HOPE THAT I CAN GET THIS CLEARED UP AND GET SOME SATISFACTION FROM THIS ORDEAL. Please respond by email or by calling me at my office during business hours to 000-00-0000. I look forward to a resolution.

still waiting for the Dunkin' Donuts which was going to replace the ripped out food court more than two years ago. Every large Costco-ish place has this amenity except this one (which sadly is within walking distance ). :( Also Verizon..... what happened to this ? Wow... what a cheesy place .
