Can't believe I ordered meatloaf with 2 regular sides and manager tried to charge me 2.00 extra cause she stated it was a premium. Mind you it doesn't state that at all 11.99 for meatloaf and two regular sides. What a rip off if you stay shut they will rob you with out a gun.. low budget place to go. It's the principal of it all, don't rip off people and use inflation to rip people off.

I just want to say that I had an amazing experience here and I continue to enjoy this Particular Boston market because I come only out of my town which is an Islip and I do not like the service in my town I constantly get the same treatment the food is not cooked constantly I won't say the name of the place but we already know there's only 2 Boston market this facility in deer park is amazing the ladies are kind the food is always fresh well put together they deserve raises just because they're always so kind and sweet I love what they do they keep everything nice And the food is good it's not mushy and the macaroni cheese is not watery and they actually turn that food over that's what we want thank you guys once again I had to share this

Dry chicken, dry spinach, terrible looking sides. Very sad that this is what this Boston market has become.Last trip was my last trip there. Sorry but the food is unacceptable.I know the people work hard there and are probably understaffed.. but still no excuse for that food. We were unable to eat it

It's sad to see this Boston Market trying so hard to go out of business. If you go after 5:20 most of the sides are gone for the night and only have chicken. Every year it gets worse.

I saw 3 people behind the counter even the the lady said she was the only one there. Couldn't tell me what food was available, just kept saying no to everything on the posted menu, 1 at a time. Took some other lady's money, after she told her she was in a rush, then told her she would have to wait bc it would take some time to make her order, then refused to give a refund. Forget this place. If the service is so horrible, I can't imagine the food being any better

I went here for Thanksgiving. The line went out the door. The turkey tasted processed. It was so salty. The side of stuffing and Mac and Cheese were meh. The pumpkin pie was good. I would not come here again for any holiday. It was a waste of money.

My company had a Thanksgiving luncheon and I picked the sweet potato casserole, because I was definitely not cooking any pre-thanksgiving food.! Lol I did attempt to order the casserole tray via the Boston Market website but you have to order a minimum of $150 in order for it to go through. Thank goodness the lady at the store was able to accommodate my small tray of their sweet potato casserole with less than a 24-hour notice!? I picked it up the next morning, nice and hot ?. Everyone enjoyed,

I used to eat there 2 to 3 times a week. It must be hard working there with customers speaking English. It looks like the whole crew has changed I'm sure they're good people but we should get a few people that speak English. I'll never go there

The amount of money that I paid for what would be equivalent to a tray of cafeteria food at an elementary school was absurd. We used to love eating this food but something has changed. The quality of the food was subpar. The person who seemed like the manager rushed the heck out of my wife and I to order and the tables were almost all dirty. I felt like I took a big loss eating there. There was a young lady and a young man behind the counter that were very hospitable and well mannered. If it weren't for then I wouldn't have given this any stars.

I enjoy it there. the food is great and the chicken is very tender. i love the workers there they are so nice and always greet me with a smile. the cookies there are to die for and i usually get the new chicken nuggets which are also good and the price is perfect

Boston Market is a 'hit or miss'. Sometimes the chicken is fresh and delicious other times it is too dry and flaky. Their app and website are a mess especially in regard to the points. Went to Deer Park location without using app and when I told the cashier that I wanted to give her my phone number so I can add points, she had no idea what I was saying.
