The touchscreen soda dispenser was filthy. I had to clean it with my own hand sanitizer because the store’s sanitizer bottle was empty. Management: make sure your store maintains a hygienic environment to keep your customers safe!I ordered a hamburger with sweet potato fries and onion rings. The burger tastes like the one that I buy at Costco (Kirkland brand). It was good. The sweet fries were crispy, but the onion rings were bland and soggy. I would not come back here until they clean that dirty dispenser.

I figured to give this place a try. And I found it to be very good. I would say there burger is compared to the Five Guy just a notch or 2 down. And the fries a very ok. There not the best but they will do the job, maybe fry them a bit more. There milkshakes are really good. I would recommend if you’re looking for a burger similar to Five Guys but with a few more options like chicken, fish veggie, and so on. I would like the burger a bit bigger. I feel it was lacking just a bit.Over all I say give it a try, you wouldn’t be disappointed.

For starters, the place is very clean and well kept. The decor is modern and refreshing. Although I didn't get one, the addition of a soup and salad bar was a nice touch. The man at the register was kind and well informed of the menu.I ordered an impossible burger with fries and a cookies and cream milk shake. The burger was moist, the perfect texture, and was topped with fresh vegetables. Best impossible burger under $10 in my opinion. The fries had their own seasoning station, which was super cool because I love grinding black pepper on my fries. The milkshake was incredible, just make sure to use a spoon because it's on the thicker side. They put actual oreos in it which was super cool.I will definitely be returning to burger byte and give it my highest recommendation.

Went here yesterday with my friend after we went shopping and I gotta say this place was amazing. Best part it’s so close to the mall and the masjid. The service was quick and the food was so flavorful and delicious. I ordered the wild bbq burger and it was very filling along with fries and garlic Parmesan wings. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish the fries and wings because the burger made me full. The owner was very nice and made sure we got our food and asked us if the food was good and asked if we needed anything else. This burger spot is probably the best burger spot we had in Suffolk county in a really long time. I’m very glad that they opened up in deer park. This burger spot definitely saves you a trip to queens. Definitely give this place a try. In the future I will definitely try more menu items. Overall I give this place a 10/10.

Oh boy....Ordered 2 burgers with fries.Burger 1 arrived with paper towel or some type of cotton blended into the burger meat somehow. They had to remake it. Lettuce was dark and limp like it was cut up days earlier.Burger 2 was a veggie burger that looked horrid. Perhaps it was put on the bun with an ice cream scoop (see photo.)Fries were soggy and not cooked well.This used to be Burger-Fi. The name may have changed just to escape the reviews. (I went to this Burger-Fi before the name change and it was a similar experience.)The menu is nice -- shows what things could be. But the execution is 100 miles away from what is pictured.Quality control just isn't there.

Amazing food! I had the wild bbq and the burger was delicious ! My friends and I also tried the wings , oreo milkshake and fried plantains (SO GOOD) I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone . The staff is very friendly & welcoming . Great experience overall ? I even live about 45 minutes from this location but it’s worth the drive for me !

People do not go to this place.I ordered a Greek burger and it was raw inside. The chicken tenders came in 100% raw in the inside. The chicken burger did not taste like chicken. And the salmon burger was also raw inside m. Everything was so disgusting and and worse experience of my life.DEFF DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEEverything was horrible!

The grilled chicken was good and nice and juicy. The bun had a hard time holding it. The sweet potato fries was nice and crispy on the out side and soft on the inside. The angus burgers are nice and juicy. I paired my angus burger with bbq sauce and bacon and it was perfect. The wings are nice and crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. The teriyaki wing was great flavor. 2 people working was nice and friendly and even offered input to help us make up our order. All around a wonderful time.
