Shell INC. Allow customers to purchase gas at the pumps and apply their Shell INC Discounts at the pump. Both are geared for slide or tap of ones debit or credit card AT THE PUMP and detect if it is debit or credit. Customers should not have to go inside to used their discounts and form of payment. Watch the pumps it does not give you the discounts when one use the tap method of payment.

I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally.
Showed up at 10:30 pm to pick up my food after ordering through the app only to find out that they close early. They are actually scheduled to close at 11pm according to Burger King and Google
This restaurant is unbelievable disgusting and rude they have no customer service or experience at all Wendy and Carlos were more worried about chatting behind the counter instead of helping customers and pleasing them they did not show great work ethics at all I had a horrible experience with them showing me how lazy and unwilling they are to please the customer it’s suppose to be Burger King have it your way but with this staff it’s there way or the highway and take it or leave it they don’t disservice to work for this company at all!! They lost a customer for sure at this location !!!!
