The ice cream Is good but they Charge me way way more the The Udall rd west islip or The Howells rd one and they are so stingy it's Kind of sad because I try to support omw there now but quantity needs to change. Clean STORE Is a plus.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location where my ice cream cup was half full. If I’m paying for a medium or large, I expect my cup to full of ice cream not huge gaps that make it seem like it’s full. Very disappointing

My family loves carvel, but we will not he back at this location. It seems like they have a problem with giving their spoons or samples, three ladies working here don't know how to smile and to be courteous. I ordered a sugar cone and the girl mixed it up with the other cone...she seems upset at me for not taking the one she made. My son is very particular and I am paying for this. Some professional development is seriously needed here.
