This location has undergone changes making it quite more pleasurable. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean .. portions are always loved . SOFT SERVE on a summer day just hits .q

The best Carvel store anywhere. Secret, Soft serve large is BOGO everyday of the week, just ask for it. On most days there are SIX different dift serve flavors. The same Family operated business for years. The young employees working at the counter are always courteous and polite. This place gets packed certain times of the night but the lines move fast. They'll also accommodate your special ice cream cake orders. Hard scoop ice cream is available. Freezer cases always has an assortment of ice cream novelties.

I called in 5 days ahead for a Fudgy the Whale cake. My husband went to pick up at the appointed time of 11:00 am. The owner strolls in at 11:15 and decorated the cake then.Don't get me wrong, th4 cake was delicious and typical Carvel crunchies fashion but the wait and the size was underwhelming.No need to call in ahead, maybe just 1 day in advance if it's a specialty cake.
Excellent service, bought a cake for a sons birthday, they were happy to personalize the cake with a contrasting color (I picked yellow on chocolate), did a great job. 5 Stars!!!

Always good. Nice portions. Clean shop. Always friendly.
Disappointed they didn't have maple walnut ice cream but other than that the pistachio ice cream was very creamy!!
