I give this place a 10/10 they serve you a nice hot Philly steak with fresh onions mushrooms and green peppers and a nice side of hot fries and I highly recommend it with a nice cold strawberry lemonade

Of all the food choices here at this outlet, Charlie’s cheesesteak is perhaps tops.
Each sandwich is made to order and the staff is quite pleasant. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Not worth the money you spend, paid $25 for large meal. Sandwich was small and your suppose to get a large fry but I didn’t get that I got a super small fry. It makes no sense.

Super cold inside the building and it was like a warehouse. Concrete floors, metal chairs and it was cold. Sticky floors, disgusting. Had cheese steak, it was supposed to have onions and peppers, it had one piece of pepper and one piece of onion. Do not recommend.
Terrible service, it's a shame. The food is very delicious but the customer service is terrible. At the time of paying they choose what they want and charge what they want. I don't understand why they put a price table to the public when in reality they change everything at the time of paying.. they get uncomfortable asking for information about what they are charging... Suddenly they take advantage because they know that there is not much to choose from in the area in terms of food but they definitely do not recommend it... the food may be delicious but for the final value... clearly there can be much more complete dishes ..they care about sell customers the large lemonades or to finish that liquid but in reality it is very expensive, terrible service.. I hope they take this criticism in a constructive way and solve the problems with the staff or the prices.. thank you, happy afternoon

Had the 6 piece wing with the Cajun rub. Very dried out meat yet the outer surface was greasy, even for a rub! I asked for the scorpion rub, as listed on their website and they acted like they never heard of it. I had to bag my own, and the ketchup cups had no covers so impossible to use for takeout. Very disappointed. Small tables, crammed in there.

Very disappointed at the service. I asked for ranch and they gave .5 oz or not even and charged .60 cents for it how am I supposed to eat 10 piece chicken wings with that! Horrible just horrible experience!

The food is amazing. I tried the cheesesteak and everything and most importantly the Ultimate fries. They are so so cheap, CHEAPER THAN MCDONALDS. Huge portion with ranch, cheese, and BACON and you can get for only $4????? The people serving me and working there have no emotion though, it’s giving off rude vibes a little, But they have time for improvement i’m sure.
