Chipotle Mexican Grill

I found 2 hairs the gave me so little it was terrible. I told them why it was so little they sed that if I wanted more I needed to pay more with an attitude. The Cashier was Extremely rude. She is Hispanic the Cashier a lil big not that it matters but just so the Manager would know. None of them had Name tags. Definitely would not be Coming back rather go Next Door. I have Pictures but can’t upload.

There is a piece of hair in my rice this is outrageous. They are so dirty. There are no covers on the fork. That is so unsanitary.

Staff was shouting and arguing with each other while the guest were trying to order their food. Rude staff and we're not paying attention. Especially the guy who was trying to get our order. We were served with 6 -7pcs of chips in a bag which we paid and when I showed the cashier he refused to accept the mistake and blamed on morning shift.
Management should look into this. How can staff argue with each other while making food for guest in the front line.

Chipotle lover - this experience made me give a friend my gift card & never return back. The cashier ruined my experience with Chipotle rude and disrespectful the second I approached & throughout the entire interaction. Since it was the holidays I bit my tongue and killed him with kindness, after wrapping up my hard shell tacos he drops them on the floor and without even checking if they were damaged proceeds to put them in the bag. Had it been a bowl or soft tacos & it fell whatever- I looked after my poor experience & both my tacos cracked as I normally wouldn’t even bother to say anything his attitude pushed me to ask for replacement shells - rolling his eyes & only giving me one…. These were my “hard shell tacos” . Moral of the story is remind your employees to be respectful human beings , we all have enough to deal with in the world. I am never one to review but this has been on my mind since & has me turned off to Chipotle.

I got 1 bowl and 1 burrito. A person mistakenly ruin the tortilla and use another one. However I realize that they charge me for extra tortilla for her mistake. I guess 5 cent is more important then customer satisfaction and worth to get 1 star. Definitely better traning need for employees. There were 3 yough girls working around 6.7pm

This location was very good years ago but it is terrible now, so much so that we won't be returning.
Orderex two rice bowls today and when we got home there was barely anything in them; very minimal meat in both, it was practically a bowl of rice. They also forgot to add the chips that we ordered.
I was also not happy to see one of the employees eating some of the food and then fail to wash his hands before preparing someone else's meal.

I’ve been going to this location for years, but recently for some reason they decided to go low on protein. Last week I ordered a bowl as usual and the guy who was making my bowl didn’t even fill the whole spoon when I told him that was too little compared to the ones I got before he put more chicken and I got charged extra. I thought that was a bad and unlucky day. However today I went an ordered a quesadilla and the same thing happened. I could barely see the chicken pieces inside of melted cheese. My friends shared the same opinion as me so I have decided never going back to this location again.

I’m not sure why there is a lot of 4-5 star reviews here, maybe it’s because a lot of older people only go there and often children, but I don’t think this place has NEVER failed to do bad. They have such a good streak of being bad, I kept trying to see if going on different days or different times the food would be better but it wasn’t any different. Half the time the rice is crunchy. The steak is filled with fat or just not really cooked at all. Or they’ll be pieces that are extremely hard. Half the time their chips are stale, even when they’re freshly opened. More often than not, the chips are always stale. As someone who has never wrote a Google review before in their life, I couldn’t help but write one due to the multiple times of this place being so terrible.

I went in the store at 1130am, just a half hour after they opened, the store was a mess, food and garbage on the floors. The drink dispensers looks like they were left out uncleaned over night, and the food looked old and dried out like they were using yesterday's leftovers. Not how a restaurant should be right after opening.

food tastes great… i was first customer of the day and they were SO stingy with their food. i asked for guac and he put a tiny scoop, and i kindly asked if he could put more and he said “it’ll be extra”… i am ALREADY PAYING EXTRA FOR GUACAMOLE!!! also took forever to get to the food station after seeing me walk in… he was slower than my grandma. 0.01/5

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been too. The men who served us seem annoyed that we ordered a “big” order-I have myself my husband and our 3 children. Our kids normally eat very well but they kept refusing to eat the food so we tried a little, it has no flavor whatsoever. There was about 6 employees there at the time and not one of them were working while we sat and ate-they were chit chatting and on their phones-so maybe that’s why they didn’t realized the food wasn’t seasoned and made correctly. We spent over $50 for garbage food.

My burrito was mad small compared to the guys infront of me in line. I dont know if it was because bc i was a girl or if i was Hispanic, because he was also giving me looks when i was in line. My burrito was 11 dollars and my sisters bowl was the same price and she got much more but not as much protein, with only two chunks of barbacoa. My burrito was the size of my iphone 15. Can we be fr rn? Now i know not to come here again bc the size of my burrito was honestly not even funny. I dont play about my food like that.

I ordered the bowl. The male staff before the cashier rummaged through my food with fingers trying to find out what I ordered. He could just asked the person who put the chicken in the bowl. I was appalled what he did. Very unsanitary and unprofessional! He needs a better training on how to handle food! He should be fired.
