Deep dish margarita is delicious. First time having deep dish and don’t feel the need to try elsewhere.Just got the white pizza with mushrooms and it’s amazing.Been looking for a pizza spot ever since I moved to Suffolk and turns out and think I found it.

I ask for two normal slices and they only have one left so a pick an alternative no problem. The server then proceeds to burn my pizza in the oven when I confront he tells me oh it was the last one it was already like that as if I wasn’t already looking at the slice before it was out into the oven then proceeds to ask me if I want the crust cut off

It's a hit or miss pizza spot. There are times I grab a pie from here and it's awesome and there are those times it's meh". Not the friendliest group of people, but it's worth it for a quick slice during lunch. The specialty slices are pretty good the Buffalo slice ehhhh ,not so great though. Anyhoo ok pizza not so friendly staff. Go get a slice.

Previously called Deer Hills Pizza, this place is under new management. However, the quality of the food and customer service is still OUTSTANDING. As someone who’s been frequenting this place for almost 20 years this is still my go-to place when I have a pizza craving.

Miseno Pizza is reliably delicious. I haven’t ever ordered something from here that I don’t like. The interior has a beautiful mural as well as a television and the servers never give me a hard time. I suggest the sweet chili slice, though a bit on the expensive side, it is one of their best options. Their Sicilian is good as well.
I'm a pizza connoisseur. And this place legit... might have the best pizza on Long Island.

I got to try this place out yesterday for the first time and was shocked this pizza was not the typical Long Island pizzeria pizza. It reminds me of the pizza I used to eat when I was a kid(I'm 40 now). Now I'm going to be honest, the reason I came to this location is because I'm a horror movie fan and this is the location used in the film Terrifier. The pizzeria scene where Art the Clown is sitting at the table smiling at the girl, this is where that scene was filmed even though the restaurant was under different ownership at that time. So I originally just came here just to take pictures and show my wife. I took a bite of my slice was like, Holy S***!!!! It's that good. I'm looking to try their Heros next. Great job Mesinos

I'm going to to out and say it. Some of the negative reviews prove what is said about Long Island Pizza: they all taste the same because that's what the customers want (like the one person said in Dave Portnoy's Episode in Farmingdale) Thank God Miseno is a breath of fresh air and doesn't care. The deep pan Margherita pizza is absolutely delicious and is also very light and *digestible*, as pizza should be. Awesome!
