I get the impression they're really understaffed over here. I feel pretty bad. I always call in my order for pickup, but when I get there within the elapsed time they specified on the phone, my food hasn't even begun being prepared yet. I do like their sandwiches a lot and will continue to go there. If you're looking for a nice hot or cold deli prepped sandwich stop by.

They are a great team dad and son, they work very hard to make sure the place is clean , the food is fresh and the order is correct. I definitely will tell my friends and family to go there for breakfast and lunch and best part their prices are great !

Over the years This deli zone drastically went down hill, very dirty, nick eats as he makes your food. disgusting, since the chef quit everything is garbage the macaroni and potato salads are sour ??? the meats look old, flys at the register this place should be shut down

After finding a HAIR in my food I called and the guy tried to get me off the phone quickly saying he was busy and hung up. Terrible customer service and the Food is always under cooked or orders are incorrect & now there's hair in the food. I'm all set with this deli zone. Beware.
Ive been here a few times for an egg sandwich, but I will not step foot in here anymore. The employees, while pleasant, were not wearing their masks over their nose, the delivery person was wearing his mask as a chin guard and they DID NOT enforce the customers to wear their masks. So much for the "no mask, no entry" sign on their door. Now, Im not one of those Karens but I like to think that I am doing the right thing by protecting other and myself during this pandemic, but clearly this deli did not care one bit about others' safety.

How would I describe Deli Zone? Let's see... When you walk in, it leaves something to be desired. It's ready for a makeover. New ceiling. New flooring. Fresh paint. Updated lighting. A little "sprucing up" would help quite a bit. However... The people are some of the nicest you'll find in a deli ... or pizzeria ... or bagel shop ... or coffee shop ... or just about anywhere. They're really, really nice!! OK. Building needs a facelift. People are awesome. What about the food? The food is VERY good!!! Morning - fantastic egg sandwiches and breakfast platters!! Ham, egg & cheese. Sausage, egg & cheese. Eggs scrambled. Eggs fried. On a roll. On a croissant. On an English muffin. Or a Hungry Man (eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, sausage on a hero). Their egg sandwiches are truly EGGSellent!!! (Sorry. Couldn't resists! LOL) Afternoon - Perfectly seasoned chili. Stick-to-your-ribs shepherds pie. Meatballs like Grandma used to make. Golden fried chicken cutlets. Meatloaf with a smooth mushroom gravy. Juicy, perfectly-cooked burgers with beer-battered onion rings. Some of the best Italian wedding soup I've ever tasted. Anytime - Need a snack? Pop in for a cup of coffee (almost as good as Starbucks) and a piece of homemade banana bread or pumpkin spice bread. Or... carrot cake, raspberry coffee cake, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, chocolate chip cookies, or oatmeal raisin cookies. ALL baked fresh daily. ALL delicious!!! In Deer Park craving a hero, a hot lunch, a cup of soup ... be sure to check out Deli Zone! PS - They also have some FANTASTIC rice pudding!!! :-)
