The wrong drink was made for me and I asked for it to be corrected. The girl was trying to tell me it's not wrong and I told her I order this drink almost everyday. I know it's wrong. She was rolling her eyes away. I told the manager about the employee's attitude and nothing was done. The Indian employee is nice and fixed the drink.

I always go there because this is my go to dunkin. But after the renovation and stuff the employees also changed! I am not a big fan of it! The service they give is not very good! Like I ordered this drink with oat milk she barely gave any and when I asked she is like yeah it has but no so when I asked again she gave me a tiny amount of oat milk. Like the whole environment of this dunkin is not how it was before orders are being made right and with kindness.

So as I walked in the restaurant there was a box that looked like a garbage box I threw something away, the girl behind the counter said that it wasn’t garbage and i apologized and took the item out and as i was leaving i said excuse me i want to apologize for that as she proceed to ignore me! Wouldn’t even acknowledge me! Poor customer service. I was thought better then that .
