it’s very disappointing when you come to Dunkin Donuts and the employees are very touchy and affectionate towards another and lastly very rude. It Was not welcoming and the girl on the register looked upset because we came into the store to purchase and interrupted their intimacy/alone time with the guy she was working with. As soon as they gave me my drinks they went into the back and didn’t come back out. Disgusting, horrible services.

Any time I’ve been here, it seems like an inconvenience to them that I’ve walked through the door. I walked right out when the girl who couldn’t not see me walk through the side door didn’t acknowledge me, maybe assuming the girl at the other end would take my order. Nope, that one was on her phone then turned to go to the back without acknowledging either. I walked right out.

Really bad experience with the ladies at the counter. If you're equipment or machines are down, don't take it out on the customer! Go to the one on Commack Rd instead. Upgraded and great customer service.
We arrived at 9:30 and ordered and when we sat down the man who was cleaning told the other girl not to attend anymore, to say that they were already closed. The man was cleaning very close to us while we were having coffee, it was uncomfortable.

This Dunkin at the Deer Park Ave location is not good. They messed up our orders totally, forgot my latte, and altogether were bad. Besides that, they have only one table with 2 chairs as seating. There is no other seating area and that is quite ridiculous. They had a big line of customers and service was just so slow.

Most disgusting sandwich ever!!! they put two little pieces of bacon and the egg was mushy in the middle and cold and got two bottom sides of a plan in bagel and it wasn’t even toasted . And the staff is terrible they ignore you when you come in, they don’t greet people and they huddle in a corner gossiping. Moved recently this year into the area and it’s the closest to me. But I won’t mind driving the extra mile to the dunkin down the road and be satisfied with my purchase from now on. Every experience I had here there is always an issue , but after this experience I will never step food in there .
