Came in this morning to order hash browns and munchkins. The man at the register wasn't nice and quite rude. When I asked how many munchkins can come with each order, he started to hold all his fingers up. Also the munchkins barely had any jelly and I ordered jelly munchkins. They weren't nice about that either and quite passive aggressive. The only decent person was the lady there. And that's why I'll leave three stars for atmosphere...

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts (it will always be Dunkin Donuts) 2 times. I originally went after missing the bus. I got a frozen coffee & a jelly donut. Today I came in while waiting for the bus. I got medium frozen coffee & 4 jelly donuts. The jelly donuts here are so much better than the location closer to me. they’re full of jelly which makes a world of difference. The atmosphere is very nice and the gentleman who has waited on me is very friendly and gave me a couple of tips using my app.
I look forward to returning when I’m in the nearby shopping center on Commack Rd.
One of the best places. They’re always stocked most of the time with lemonade which is a plus. The other Dunkin made the worst drinks, but here? Perfection. I’m recommending this place!!

This Guy munir at this Dunkin donuts is so rude and nasty to me on febraury 18 2024, Mess up my order. I have asked for extra sweet caramel toasted bagel. Hey add the caremel at all in the bagel wasnt toast and he had behavior toward me. I highly do not advice anyone not to go in there. It's a waste of time and your money go out else. I give one star just to post this Dunkin donuts do not deserve any star at all. This Guy munir is greedy.
