This Guy munir at this Dunkin donuts is so rude and nasty to me on febraury 18 2024, Mess up my order. I have asked for extra sweet caramel toasted bagel. Hey add the caremel at all in the bagel wasnt toast and he had behavior toward me. I highly do not advice anyone not to go in there. It's a waste of time and your money go out else. I give one star just to post this Dunkin donuts do not deserve any star at all. This Guy munir is greedy.

A Dunkin in Deer Park. Big spacious store that also has Baskin Robins Ice Cream. The Woman working there today on 2/6/2024 was very kind when I visited and she brewed me a fresh batch of the Dunkin Midnight Hot Coffee for my order. I like how they had wet wipes in the bathroom and it's right next to bus stops, shopping centers, and the Deer Park Tanger Outlets Mall. It's also an on tap Dunkin location so you can get Nitro Cold Brew here.

Clean and speedy service. When I say speedy, I mean your order is ready within 2 minutes. I just wish there was a little more human interaction at the pick up area.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I order a tea almost everyday on the app before I leave my house (so I can just go in and out) and sometimes hash browns. Couple of weeks ago I got a croissant instead of the hash browns (even though the bag with the sticker says hash browns), so I tell them the next day, their answer is to check my order before leaving. Several times it's a coffee instead of a tea (again even though the sticker says tea), happened again today (cause now I do check even though I shouldn't have to) I tell them it's wrong, they don't make a new one they proceed making other drinks, so I say I have to leave just cancel it, one employee tells the other to make it, she makes it with equal instead of sugar so finally the 3rd drink is made correctly and there wasn't so much as an I'm sorry!! I ended up being late to work, thanks to their incompetence.

They're constantly busy and so not have the time for a smile and chat but they get your what you need as fast as they can and neeeext!Vegetarian options: They've got them. Just look thru the menu. Dietary restrictions: Just let them know whatever you need or want. Parking: It's tighter than not, it's a get in and get out quickly situation.Kid-friendliness: Kids and donuts, no contest. Wheelchair accessibility: I would use the drive thru option rather than attempt to get a wheelchair in here although it can be done.
