This is the third time the hispanic ladies at this location take my order wrong. When i finally decided to say something to see if i could get my order fixed ( Monica) was so incredibly rude. Her and the other spanish girl spoke very badly about me in spanish, without realizing i also speak spanish. I confronted them and they refused to let me speak to a manager or tell me when the manager would be in. I sent an email out but have yet to hear back.I recommend going to a different location. These hispanic ladies have always given me a hard time. Not worth it. Especially considering how much money you’re paying for a simple meal. They are so unprofessional and it’s not the first time i hear them speaking badly about customers in spanish.

Was my favorite place to go. Now just Mexican females work there. I’m not being racist… but they are against white females. They gave me a hard time and they made a lot of noise. I asked to get my food to go… they said something about being “loca”. I felt so bad about myself after I had to leave and I ate my food on the sidewalk. I wish I was out of this country. How we get denied… and why?

absolutely horrible. ordered a philly cheesesteak which is pretty much universally the same. steak, cheese, pepper, onions. just like they had it described on their menu. i received a steak sandwich but with cheese and EGGS. i called them to let themknow and they very rudley told me thats what it says on the menu which it clearly doesnt. i said if they changed their menu thats fine but they need to update their ordering apps. customer service was so rude and inconsiderate. i asked for mymoney back and she refused. and when i asked for the manager she said he will be back in 10 mins and when i called back she said manager is not coming in today. save ur money. way better options that taste good & are actually healthy. they are lucky im not allergic to egg and im not dead on the floor or else they would’ve had a bigger case to deal with.

i ordered a custom bowl, ordered half chicken half steak with brown rice ,avocado, mozz, and potatoes and only got steak, chicken and potatoes and cheese. the people behind the counter were too busy staring at my girlfriends butt that they couldnt get my order right. ?

Just got delivery for the first time: Diabetes Helper, Cholesterol Buster and the Spinach Lentil Soup. The juices were on point. The Soup though was on another level of deliciousness. I woke up feeling like crap today and this soup gave me an instant attitude adjustment. Chock full of spinach and carrots and lentils. Flavor explosion. It's legit. Looking forward to trying other items.

I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I used to love this place. Always grabbed food and smoothies here. But after last night, never again. Customer service was terrible. The manager refused to speak with me. The price of their food on the menu did not match the price on my receipt (and no, I did not pay with a CC). When I asked for a refund only for the amount i was overcharged, she took my food back (which I didn't ask her to do), which was very embarrassing for my child and i. I asked for the cashiers name to note everything that happened she laughed in my face and said she wasn't giving me that and moved o to the next customer as if i was no longer standing there. She was very dismissive and suggested I come back in the morning to speak with a manager. I have never experienced such terrible service. I wouldn't even give this one star if it would've allowed me not to
I have been eating there since the day they opened. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super nice. I also deliver for DoorDash and I'm in there several times a day and I have never seen them be nasty or rude to anyone. I've never even seen anyone complain. I swear people come on here to btch about everything.. they are the nicest people . I'm sure they would fix anything if you brought it up to them.

I don’t no where to start . Fake healthy food . When you order a smoothie that you think is healthy watch them make it . They pump syrup into it . When I asked to see the syrup they wouldn’t let me and said it’s syrup for the ice . I asked again they got rude and took the syrup away . Very very shady

I love this place ! I go here everyday. The shakes aren't the only thing that's delicious here! The food is equally as incredible.
