Ordered a sandwich staff was sitting around in the chairs in the front. When guest arrived to order they got up and walked behind counter.. NO HANDWASHING they grab gloves and BLEW in them to put them on. Then made our sandwiches, I was disgusted. Was going call the health department because clearly these young ppl where not trained on food borne illness prevention.

Food was delicious but my body can’t handle it still feeling the effects a day later, never had heartburn before so idk what on the sandwhich caused it but the truth is it was so yummy I’d probably come back to go thru it again lol

It had been at least a couple of months since I ordered from them due to the quality of their food going downhill. Decided to try it again today. One of the sandwiches was an italian and there was hardly any meat on it and no cheese. The quality just isn't up to par anymore with this location. It used to be really good to the point where I would get it several times a week. Not so much anymore. I probably won't be getting anything from them again.
Parking: You have to maneuver between the people on line at the drive thru for Starbucks and parking for Jersey Mike's. difficult to get out of the parking space if there is a long line at the drive thru for Starbucks
I walked into the restaurant at 7 pm today 11/6 the first thing I seen when walking in the restaurant. The Slicer was dirty. It was three customers in the restaurant. there was one gentleman making sandwiches. He made a little noise to get another gentleman from the back to come help. The gentleman asked me what I like. I told him I would like a mini and a salad. OK maybe I was supposed to call it a bowl but he had no idea what a salad was the other gentleman started to make the salad and then the gentleman stated oh it’s a A bowl I can make that at that point I decided to lean over and take a look at the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. the board was a little dirty however the gentleman did clean it, but they had no onions I said do you have any onions his reply we ran out this morning Well, I said I don’t want the sandwich although I love Jersey Mike’s. It’s a tad bit pricey and to not get everything that comes on the sandwich is a little disappointment. I will never come back to this restaurant again I just don’t understand. How can you tell someone you don’t have any onions when it comes on the sandwich.

usually i love going to jersey mikes but this time the workers were lazy rude and didn’t want to make a hot sandwich 20 minutes before they closed. was going to leave with no problem until they turn around to each other and starting laughing about being lazy and not wanting to do their job. this is absolutely disgusting that these are the people they have representing their locations.
