I always enjoy the food and the service is usually fine but the customer service was absolutely pathetic today. Nobody seemed like they wanted to be there. Attitudes on everyone’s faces they might as well have said “please get out we don’t want to work!” No hi how are you? Just mumbled speaking because they had to. Choose a different career if you don’t like working with food or customers.

Great food! One of my go to lunch places. Tell them Peter sent you. One of the many ways in which jersey mikes stands out from other sub shops is that they slice their meat freshly for each sandwich. This small detail ends up making a huge difference in not only taste, but quality control. The rewards program is also very generous. If you spend $90 you get a free sub. That adds up quickly if you are feeding a family.

Won't be returning, I never had jersey Mikes so I figured I would try it. Prices are insane for what you actually get. Even with double meat a regular portion at a real deli is still more and cheaper, $18 for a hero with ultra processed meat that definitely was not double meat is ridiculous. It is not even boars head. Stick to a regular deli. I didn't even add lettuce because it looked to be browning in the bin.

Never had Jersey mikes until I moved to Long Island and wow! The closest thing we had in the city to Jersey Mikes was Subway and Subway is super trash. What I really love and appreciate about Jersey Mikes, is all the cold cuts are fresh cold cuts and not processed cold cuts like Subway. They have a great selection of condiments you can add to your sandwich to make it phenomenal. I ordered the number 4 and the sandwich came with Provolone, prosciuttini and cappacuolo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepper relish, oil, pepper, and vinegar. I paid 20 dollar for the sandwich but it's well worth it. Sandwich is cut into 4 slices and it's the size of a whole Italian loaf of bread. They offer the regular size for 7 dollars but I they offer a larger option where it's pretty much 2 sandwiches. Overall I'm obsessed with Jersey Mikes and this is my new spot for sandwiches. Definitely not the best, but great for when I want a good sandwich and don't want a travel far.

Came here twice , the first time the food and service was good. The 2nd time I came here , I came at 8:35pm, they don’t close until 9pm. As I pulled up, the workers behind the counter started pointing at my car. One of them ran to lock the door. And then they proceeded to turn out the lights. And hide in the back of the store. They all seemed very young. If they don’t want to work then maybe they should quit.

Usually I enjoy the tunafish and it's a nice size sandwich but today not impressed, barely any tuna and very peppery tasting, didn't see anything about pepper in the description. I included a photo with a piece of my sandwich.

This store closes at 9? Why shut off the open sign and the grill at 8:15?? And when you walk In all eyes are praying you will just go away. Bad vibe and Bad business practices. I’ll take my business 20 mins away to Farmingdale even though I live less than 10 mins from this place. Shame on your manager and Shame on your lazy employees.

I wanted to get a sub at 8:55 but as soon as I walked in they hit me over the head with a metal bar and poured pickle juice all over

I don't think I'll go back to this location because of the employees. There didn't seem to be a manager present, just the 2 guys working who looked and acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there. My biggest issue was how dirty the prep area was. The slicer had so many scraps of meat and cheese on it and the counter was a mess with scraps of the toppings. I can't imagine the store is constantly busy that the employees have no time to wipe down the slicer or counter. When I walked in there was no one on line and I would have happily waited while they took a few seconds to clean the prep area.
