Ordered from here this past weekend. I must say, it was the most bland Chinese Food I have ever eaten. We did not even finish, most of it went into the trash unfortunately. Very disappointing. Zero love went into this food.

Hi! So I'll be honest, I had just moved to New York and the first place we went to did us so dirty. So when I saw New Friendly Kitchen I was very hesitant on going in but eventually decided to take a chance at fate, little did I know how much their General Tao's chicken with shrimp lo mein would change my life for the better.See I can't handle too-too much spice, so I was reluctant to get it but the aroma brought back memories of my grandparents eating the General Tao's chicken from back home and got it anyway.Once I saw it, I noticed it had just the right amount of sticky sauce, it was churchy but soft too (Which I loved) and from the moment I tasted it, I was immediately reminded of the times I had with my grandparents. Since I recently lost my grandmother, this moment made me burst into tears (Happy ones of course) when I had gotten home. It wasn't too spicy and had a tint of sweetness, an paired with the Shrimp Lo Mein turned out to be the right choice, The dish was very very Delicious. I do recommend this fine restaurant with all my heart, I hope you visit and enjoy these wonderful dishes.

I have to say I love their Chinese food. The spare ribs were on point. I love the chow fun with roast pork (actually have sliced pieces of meat) The only thing that is a lil annoying is that they only accept cash upon delivery and charge a convienence fee plus they add their own tip charge. I think adding a $9 tip charge is outrageous

I love Chinese food & I order take out weekly. I stopped going to my main Chinese food location that I visited for 2 decades because this place tastes so much better to me! They only have 2 sit-down tables there, so the dine in atmosphere isn't good, but the food that I've ordered is! Chicken, shrimp or beef w/broccoli, beef satay on a stick & the vegatable lo mien dishes, never disappoints me! The prices are reasonable like any other Chinese food in the area. I highly recommend them!Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They can meet specific dietary restrictions upon request.
