Been here just a couple times prior. Ordered a bunch of pizzas thru Grubhub, the order got messed up and was wrong. Called and spoke to the Manager Angelo, he took care of everything and did the right thing and because of his actions I have been back several times and will continue to use Pino’s as my go to restaurant for all things beyond pizza.
This is the type of service that keeps businesses going!!! Thank you again! Pino’s is lucky to have a great staff!

The problem with Pino's is that they allow Uber Eats to overcharge the customer. How much is a topping on a large pie? $6. Then why did we get charged $6 for a topping on HALF of a pizza? At minimal both Uber Eats and Pino's are both negligent because we called Pino's and they can see the receipt and what we paid, and that it's wrong, yet are making us deal with Uber Eats. Our 1st and last time ordering food from Pino's. It looks like we can't trust Uber Earts either. But we're getting refunded and still done with both.

I traveled all the way from Syracuse, NY to try this pizza! I have followed the videos on Instagram for months and finally decided it was time. I ordered the “Greg” pizza (homemade vodka sauce, ricotta, pepperoni, and hot honey) along with the Giardinastro salad. Everything was DELICIOUS. The service was so friendly and endearing. The location was immaculately clean and accommodating. This pizza was 100% worth the five hour road trip! I’ll be visiting again!

I came on the evening of July 2nd and ordered garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and a calzone. We ate in and the place was very nostalgic and cozy. The young girl recommended cheese on my garlic knots. I've never been there before and it was touted as the best pizza in Deer Park on a local FB group. The young dark haired girl and guy behind the counter were sincere and really in tune with me and my questions.
The manager asked how everything was and I couldn't express in words how fresh everything tasted. I had a mouth full of food. The nod and the thumbs up hopefully said it all.

If I could give 0 star I would. We ordered for delivery last night & it was not a good experience. We were told 45 minutes at ordering & the driver called an hour later not able to find our apartment but the it became a problem because did not speak or understand a word of English for me to guide him. I called Pino’s and spoke with Victoria was extremely rude but said she would call the driver. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to Victoria again and asked what are you doing about my delivery it’s still not here. Her response I don’t know it’s not but problem. But it is I’m the customer. The whole experience was just beyond bad with the customer service. I’ll think twice before ordering again as this is my second bad experience with delivery. The first one the delivery guy didn’t speak English again but I was able to guide him and they forgot to give him half my order.

So glad I found them. They are exquisite. I know my pizza since I am Sicilian. Hard to find a good Italian restaurant that knows what they are doing these days. Many hire workers without knowledge or culture experience whatsoever and also don't realize how important procurement is for supplies. Pino's knows what ingredients to use for a proper great taste. Ingredients are most important to genuine pizza. You can't substitute anything. Must be all natural and select. Pino's is my new go too. Ciao

All of their salad contains cheese which is dairy They don’t have vegan salad here The only vegan item they have is the pizza

Food is absolutely phenomenal, and the entire staff is too. Top quality restaurant food from a Pizzeria.

Vegetarian options: Specialty pies like no other place.

Dietary restrictions: Just tell the staff, and they will accommodate you .

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the back if needed. It's not a restaurant that you will be staying long period of time.

Kid-friendliness: Small and close

Wheelchair accessibility: Think so... not sure of sidewalk ramp location.
