I ordered tomato pesto she gave me turkey provolone & pesto I wasted my money because this wasn’t what I wanted and it was disgusting. And by the time I realized it was too late I was too far away. I personally I feel like she did that on purpose

I wanted to write this review because I thought the barista was absolutely very kind and informative on my error concerning refills. She was very professional. I'm not sure what was her name. I wish I would have haven't gotten it to acknowledge her she was the young black woman making drinks.. Thank you for your service. With that being said, this Starbucks needs to add seating because it was cold that day and there was no indoor seating available.

I’ve visited Starbucks in various places across the United States, and this is the first one I’ve seen without any indoor seating. One of the reasons Starbucks charges such high prices is because it offers an environment where customers can sit and relax for a while. But this store doesn’t even provide chairs??? If they were selling coffee at a lower price and only aiming for a takeaway business model, I’d have no issue with it—but this is Starbucks.

My husband and I went to the Starbucks store located in the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY today 11/09/24. There was a special event and to my knowledge this store is franchise owned but the service that was provided was horrible. Aside from waiting over 2 hours for a drink to be made, several customers were taking other customers drinks and the store associates were okay with that. In addition when asking an associate, Andrea if they could help read the names aloud we were told she couldn’t. As a very long time customer of Starbucks I was very dissatisfied with the service provided with this store. Again I understand the wait times may be a bit extra due to the special event however the service was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this Starbucks location.

I visited one of the shops in the US. The was fine and the coffee and cake was okay. The atmosphere was different from in the UK. There wasn't any seating area inside only outside in the normal shopping area.

I ordered the dragon drink with no ice and they gave it to me with ice, I told them and all they did was strain the ice and dragon fruit and add water to fill it up. it tasted like flavored water, I also got two cake pops, it took 15 mins? The coffee we got, about 20 mins. All teenagers,plus a worker made coffee for himself? A few weeks ago I got the same order,the dragon drink. same location, good service best drink,now horrible drink. Bad experience,

Unfortunately the guys working don’t know what they’re doing. They let me wait 15min for a regular coffee.. a regular coffee that is already made, and shouldn’t take longer than 2min. I was stunned that they were just hanging out and playing around lol

Fired the old team, new team is slow and unknowledgeable. Prices are skyrocketing compared to a regular Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks on commack road instead.
