We have been to dine in a few times at this Starbucks when in the area— most of the time the drinks and service were okay. However, the drive through service was NOT good— definitely not recommended. The drink we ordered was made wrong and the flavor was off. Most importantly, one of the servers at the drive through window was rude and show no interests in helping customers who placed order online and picking up at drive through. Again, would not recommend getting drive through at this location.
I visited this Starbucks TODAY Sunday, August 17th around 12:30 PM. Since the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, I decided to go inside, thinking it would be quicker and a little more personal. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
The partner at the register, wearing a green apron with several pins (J), walks towards me looked at me and simply said “Ready?” — no “hello,” no smile, no acknowledgment that I had just walked in. I even said “Hi, Good afternoon” first, but his response was literally “aha” still non existent but yet dismissive. As a business owner with over 30 years of customer service experience, I know how important those first few seconds of interaction are. They set the tone for the entire visit, and this set the wrong one.
I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, a drink I’ve enjoyed before and know well. While it was prepared quickly — which I appreciated — the taste was off and didn’t meet the standard I’m used to. On my way out, another customer walked out a little behind me, and I overheard J warmly wish her a “Have a good day.” That small courtesy was never extended to me, and it left me wondering why I was treated differently.
When I spend seven dollars on a coffee, I expect not just a drink, but a consistent and welcoming experience. Today I got neither. It was disappointing, and it made me think twice about whether I’ll return to this Starbucks — or to Starbucks at all.

Incorrect order
This store too much save their raw ingredients for coffee or tea. Taste looks deleted too much water.

This is the worst place. I can’t never get what I actually order.. they always mess up my drinks. the workers are not helpful and the manager doesn’t care about any complain that you have. I will never order in this location again.
I got charged for sandwiches that they never gave me in my to go order. I ordered uber eats from this location and received my coffee without the 2 sandwiches I ordered. I was charged either way. Uber nor Starbucks will refund me. Thanks to the incompetent workers who didn’t mark the items missing on my order and out of stock in their system so that the app wouldn’t show it as available. They literally marked the order completed and ready so that the system would make it seem like I did get the sandwiches, in my bag was a piece of sandwhich bag paper with the writing “out of stock sorry :(“. Imbeciles.
I emailed proof to both parties and no one wants to own up to it. I literally spoke to support on both sides.
I generally grab coffee and egg bites at drive thru. Egg bites are very tasty and protein helps stop my sugar cravings. Good snack. Staff is generally very nice. Lines moves fairly well.

Service: rude and thoughtless. First of all they didn't have the drink I went there for although it is on their menu. But even worse: I stood there a long time watching the four or so young women working behind the counter, wondering what was taking so long to make my one cold drink, and finally realized ALL the girls were making drinks for the DRIVE THRU customers!!! They KNEW I was standing there waiting, furthermore NO CAR was there when I first ordered. When I called them out on it they gave me a patronizing fake reply - they couldn't even acknowledge the mistake they had made. So disrespectful. Also the place is dark and unpleasant. p.s. it was dead in there; I was the only person waiting at the counter and when I got there, there were no cars on the line.

The staff were so nice, my son only had a dollar on his gift card, and I was joking around that I had no money, and he wouldn't be able to get his drink, and the staff offered to pay for it!!! Great people!

This is a great Starbucks! All of the baristas are so friendly & pleasant, even when they're crazy busy!
There's a nice size area with tables to stay & enjoy your coffee & extras.

Went for a good hot chocolate. So many places do not use milk for their hot chocolate but Starbucks was well made and frothy. In addition, we were treated to a complimentary sampling of mango dragon fruit punch that was ordered and not picked up! The Starbucks employee was very generous to offer those abandoned beverages.
