I am absolutely disgusted. I took a few sips of my coffee and got a mouth full of chunks. I opened the lid and started spooning out what looks like old milk. I will be contacting someone about this. I have never had anything like this happen before and I will never be coming back to this Starbucks.
I don't even want to give 1 star I'm so mad. We ordered 3 grande iced Dubai chocolate matcha drinks. Firstly it was disgusting and I've had it before so I know what it is supposed to taste like. The matcha was not even mixed in the drink. Look like we ordered kale or broccoli in the drink. Secondly I called the location and no one ever answered the phone 5 phone calls before I got so much madder that I called the North Babylon store and they answered first call and even listened to my problem. North Babylon accommodated me by making them over and apologizing for the deer park store which is very respectful. I want to give a shot out to Carla for answering the phone and for the shift supervisor derriann for making them correctly. Thirdly when we went to the store to pickup our order the staff of young girls were dancing all over the store I guess instead of answering the phone or making the drinks correctly. North Babylon was disgusted when they saw what we had received.
There service sucks so bad dine in took so long for 2 chai teas because they was making drive thru priority than they gave me my drinks with spill all over and around the cups

Literally the most watered down drinks ever i ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and they had no whip which is okay understandable but there no caramel or crunch in my drink it tasted like straigh up water.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited the staff looks miserable they don’t even add the name on the drinks I was standing there waiting for my drink and they didn’t even get me what I ordered. Staff is just rude

Waited 15 minutes at the register, employees running around taking care of drive through and never took our order. Finally asked them when we'll be helped and they said another 10-15 minutes... Absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to wait almost a half hour just for a coffee. Store needs better management, staffing, and/or training. It used to be better but has gotten worse over time.
This location is going downhill so fast. Closed at all random hours of the day. Overheard a worker once tell the staff they’re closing at 5 when the hours say different? Inconsistency is going to be the end of this place.
I was attracted by the large glass walls, and the bright, airy lobby was delightful. It would be even more perfect if the staff had smiles on their faces. However, seeing small flying insects inside the pastry display case through the glass completely put me off from ordering any pastries. I have to say the hygiene could really be improved.
In any case, Starbucks is a part of everyday life, and I hope it keeps getting better.

Tori was an absolute sweetheart. Me and my girlfriend very much enjoyed conversating with her.
She is a prime example of a happy friendly face that makes us wanna come back to this specific location. Give that girl a raise

Food is great, drinks are well made. Only thing that would help is to spruce up the exterior. Dead lanternfly at the drive-thru window for over 4weeks straight.

recently visited this Starbucks location today 10 /17/25 at 5::23pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service was lacking, and the manager was unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, the staff seemed to have a poor attitude, which impacted the overall atmosphere. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.. I would not be back
The girl at the drive through window is rude. Was laughing as I was ordering and when I got to the window said to the guy behind me ordering one second sir and said he was annoying once she turned her mic off. Very rude.
