Charged extra for items added but poorly executed. They don't make your drinks right. There's this one batista girl in the morning who does the speaker that fools around and laughs and makes you repeat cause she couldn't focus and do her job right. She also does the drinks who is outright rude. She has short bob curly hair, thin with glasses. Seen her play with the caramel in others' drinks and make sarcastic comments. Gives a bad experience overall.
