Staff was perplexed on how to toast a bagel.

The bagel toast was sooo delicious and the personnel was so kind. I highly recommend.

Ordered an egg sandwich and a bagel order came to almost $30. 350 for a juice.$12 for a bagel with cream cheese. $12 for an egg sandwich. Place was dirty on top of that. People behind the counter didn't seem to really care. I've ordered the same thing at many other bagel places and paid only to $16 for all of that

I need to start checking my orders at the counter before I leave. If you guys are going to overcharge please at least give me what I paid for. It's every other time I come here this happens. I'm sorry but it's time you're made aware.

It used to be great, recently I ordered a bacon & egg bagel and ended up with a sloppy oily & gross mess. I threw away.

Their prices for what they serve you do not much up. I don’t know about the bakery, but the food is below average . Got 2 muffins and a drink and got rung up for $12…. I could get a whole meal somewhere else with that. This isn’t NYC… never again .

Literally paid $30 for a egg sandwich avocado, BLT with avocado & 2 drinks. This place is way too expensive for no reason. Even the girls behind the counter couldn’t believe how much the lady rang me up for.

Waited online for 30 minutes with my daughter. When I finally came to counter to order I was ignored because someone made mistake with someone's food,then the line mysteriously reformed on other side of room. This place is definitely unorganized and unprofessional. I would not waste my time here. Keep driving. These people seem racist against white Americans

Listen, I don't know about the pastries, the cakes and all that stuff...but I can say they make a delicious bagel. Plain bagel with cream cheese is what I was craving and they did not disappoint. The airy bubbles on the outside of the bagel that make it crisp with the soft and airy inside. With just the right amount of cream cheese that gets warm and melty from the heat of the bagel.

Tired of getting beat over the head $$ for an average BEC...
