Burnt bagels
I tried ordering online. Why can't I order any of the baked goods online for delivery?
Good fresh rolls , and the ham/egg/cheese eggs over medium delicious
Staff was perplexed on how to toast a bagel.
The bagel toast was sooo delicious and the personnel was so kind. I highly recommend.

Ordered an egg sandwich and a bagel order came to almost $30. 350 for a juice.$12 for a bagel with cream cheese. $12 for an egg sandwich. Place was dirty on top of that. People behind the counter didn't seem to really care. I've ordered the same thing at many other bagel places and paid only to $16 for all of that

I need to start checking my orders at the counter before I leave. If you guys are going to overcharge please at least give me what I paid for. It's every other time I come here this happens. I'm sorry but it's time you're made aware.

It used to be great, recently I ordered a bacon & egg bagel and ended up with a sloppy oily & gross mess. I threw away.

Their prices for what they serve you do not much up. I don’t know about the bakery, but the food is below average . Got 2 muffins and a drink and got rung up for $12…. I could get a whole meal somewhere else with that. This isn’t NYC… never again .

Literally paid $30 for a egg sandwich avocado, BLT with avocado & 2 drinks. This place is way too expensive for no reason. Even the girls behind the counter couldn’t believe how much the lady rang me up for.
