I really enjoy eating here. The food is great but the staff takes the cake. Everyone is nice to you, I’ve had several different servers and they’ve all been really nice. I also love the fact a manager comes over at some point to make sure everything is good, keeps the servers honest. I’m a repeat customer for sure! Keep up the great service :)

I was taken to Texas Roadhouse Restaurant yesterday for Mothers Day. The food and the cocktails were perfect. The server, Marina, was very polite and patient with us as we took long to order. She also came back to check on us a few times. Many years ago I came here with my boyfriend a few times. At that time, the waitresses and waiters dressed like Texas cowgirls and cowboys, including cowboy hats. I thought that was unique and so clever. But this time I was so disappointed that they were wearing black tee shirts. This dress code shouldn’t have been changed. Now it’s like any other restaurant.

I asked for Rare, and they gave me a raw steak 😂😂😂😆 I came from Texas, ate there for decades, never seen a worse rare steak iny life, the middle was not pink it was raw. I've had raw buffalo meet in Oklahoma so I did not complain but people here need to learn how to make a rare steak or medium well without turning it onto well done. Very disappointing. The waitress Chloe was great, which is why I atey raw steak, I didn't know if it would hurt her tips or pay , whatever the case that was a cut straight from the cow , they did burn the outside of the skin though to make it look cooked 😂😂😂 but the cook needs to be retrained, fired, replaced. I would not recommend anyone to go there, a steak house is all about steaks and here the chef can't deliver.

I eat here frequently because the food is always amazing, but there’s always “something” with the service. Whether it’s the waitresses trying to upsell your items (if I wanted toppings on my baked potato, I would’ve asked), forgetting to bring sides to the table or something else, more often than not there is an issue. These days, I mostly do takeout to avoid the problems.

Renee is an excellent waitress, she was very kind and reassuring while serving us , she is very charismatic and fun to interact with my daughter Bella enjoy having conversation with her at the end of our service . Awesome place awesome waitress 10/10.
waiting times were very long and throughout the experience we were either missing food items and when main course was brought out the steak was burnt and when I requested a new one the waiter made a face at me and I felt bad even though in reality I shouldn’t. Hopefully this wasn’t the case for everyone but I don’t think I’ll be coming back
