Island Empanada & Toxic Wings

The food is great the ppl who work there are rude not friendly it's a uncomfortable place to sit and eat just buy and leave

Not here, update your listings. We went to two locations today and BOTH were no longer there.

I’ve been coming here a lot (food truck) and I came and ordered a “lunch special” which is $11… on their website it’s $9. I returned to ask why so expensive and it’s to “cover taxes”… I paid less in taxes at a restaurant when I spent more... So in total $16 for 2 empanadas… a drink and fries.. I had asked for 1 chicken and the 2 part of the combo and thought I paid that price for 3 empanadas, the fries and drink. Disappointed because I’ve been buying from them for a while now. You can’t justify an extra charge as taxes, why not charge the real tax?

Just stopped to give it a try food was pretty good. The service was good and respectful.

I can't speak for the wings but the empanadas were amazingly delicious.

The food was ok. Was looking for a cheesesteak place I saw online and it happened to be in this location. I requested cheesesteak fries which was on the online menu, then was told they don't have it. After trying to make sense out of the fact that they have both fries and cheesesteak, but no cheesesteak fries, the cook finally said he could make it. It's just one of those places who have 1 million things on the menu so u know nothings gonna be super good.

Thus is usually a great spot to eat at. But the food was burnt and not so enjoyable.

Not sure what it was but I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here. The blue cheese did seem off and so did the chicken not sure how but I ended up vomiting it all out

After a long day playing MTG at RIP N SHIP next door to this place. I decided to stop and check it out. I Walk in and cashier was friendly. So many options to choose from. I tried the Regular Beef, Chorizo & potato, Beef & Cheese, Philly cheese steak and Apple Carmel Empanadas.They were all delicious. Nicely freshly cook.Empanadas were price at $3.79 which not to bad. Def be coming back to get more empanadas and try out there wings.

Food is great and not over priced. The staff is helpful and there are so many other options besides wings. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Food was subpar. Wings had little flavor and were overcooked. Half the wings had barely any meat on them or were burnt. I don’t think I’ll be back. The totchos were decent enough.

I apologize about giving this location a 1 star, unfortunately I couldn't give it zero stars! Walking in the kid at the counter was super quiet and not welcoming at all. I had to ask about what deals they had. He said " yeah" he was looking at me like hurry up and order. He however made sure to tell me to push the green button on the credit machine 3 times( so that you have to leave a tip) unfortunately I didn't know how to cancel that part. So I left a Dollar. Let's get into the food. Horrible, I never ever give bad reviews, this place got me. Over cooked empanadas. The toastones where rock hard and way over cooked. I tossed out all of this Horrible order and will never return to this location. I hope this review will only make this location better. Train the staff to be more welcoming. Train the cooks to handle the food with care.
