I ordered a smoothie and they got it wrong then refused to remake my smoothie. They are rude, nasty at this location. They argue with their costumers. Their “shift lead” and “manager” are incompetent and useless!

The white boy is not friendly at all makes me feel so uncomfortable maybe he's like that with black people only anyway deer park is a mixed neighborhood if you don't like type of people because of their skin you should move a place special, be nice to each other God created everyone the way he wants so stop being mean ?

Are you guys purposely trying to give people the wrong order , I ordered through DoorDash and you sent me the wrong item again . Smh .. read the names first before giving the driver the food .

Wendi the store manager was wonderful to work with. We catered food for my co workers birthday party. The food was beautifully wrapped, toothpick colored to distinguish the variety of wraps. The salad was amazing!! I highly recommend this location and this franchise !!

We just had a catered office party. Wendi did a phenomenal job. Everyone raved about the smoothies. The wraps were great. I personally enjoyed the chicken pesto flatbread. Beautiful presentation. I appreciated the extra care taken to carefully label for the 2 food allergies in our group.I was happily surprised by the catering options and I will definitely be ordering lunch from there soon. I couldn't be happier with how seamless the process was.

on friday evening the black guy with the dreads treated me so nicely and got my smoothie done very fast. he even brought my smoothie to me. i even came today and also the customer service was really good. great staff
I’m giving one because this place just needs help . Got a bunch of kids in there working and making the food . You need to hire people who have experience with the food industry . Not give a bunch of 16 year olds their shot at learning at a place thats as popular as your business . You need older people who know how to handle food because the last few times I was there I just haven’t been happy with the presentation or just the whole vibe walking in the store . Just weird . Me and my girl love the Carribean j*** wrap but last 3 times it has our stomachs turning. Not sure what’s up tropical smoothie but you guys most definitely need to check up on your Deer Park location cause they are hurting bad

I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and I don’t know what this person gave me! I do not taste any peanut butter or strawberry, and I ordered extra peanut butter but I simply do not taste it! This smoothie was disgusting, I couldn’t even finished it. The only good thing was the jalapeño roasted corn that I ordered as well.

Here for happy hour and the service was great the smoothies came out quickly. Wendy served me she was friendly attentive and I had to add more and they came out fast! Five star service!

This store stinks on the inside like dirty kitchen garbage water and you can’t call to pickup an order at this location that isn’t busy at all and my smoothie did taste watered down last 2 times I been here and I ask for extra ginger and the detox smoothie just taste like bananas and green water very much a waste of money and didn’t taste sanitary either like they don’t wash their dishes properly, do not recommend this location 0/10
