When in NY I must get a crave case to go , cheese and all on my burgers makes my family happy. Cashier was extremely nice. Food came out rather fast. Great experience overall

This White Castle location was pretty thorough. Staff was on point if I had to complain about anything it was the drive thru speakers…very difficult to hear

I ordered 10 Cheese sliders with NO onions. I somehow ended up with Extra onions and Soggy bread. I live 5 minutes away and somehow this White Castle is always an issue. Last time was the bread being hard around the edges.
To the employees, I just got off an 18 hour shift and was absolutely starving craving those sliders. I barely ate 1 and threw the rest out. I get it, working late night sucks but think about ruining peoples night after they finish their shift.
To the owner, shame on you for not checking on the quality your employees are dishing out. I’ll take a 2 month break from this place in hopes you fix this.
Theory, they are mass cooking these and when ordered throwing them in the microwave.

It's a wonderful thing to walk out with 30 burgers in 10 minutes. Workers here are courteous and fast. Food was hot and exactly as expected.
