Willies delight has some of the best food on Long Island. My husband and I drove 30+ minutes to come get the food. It’s always a hit each time. With that being said the customer service needs to improve. The older woman who works there always is pleasant and inviting and we love when she’s there but some of the younger employees aren’t as friendly. Also because we drive from across the island we like to call ahead to make sure someone is there and our favorite dishes are available. They never answer the phone and this past weekend we drove out there just for them to have closed earlier than their business hours indicate on Google. We love them but want better service.

How they selling a small curried goat for $11plus tax is $13. You go to the Jamaica grand restaurants in Amityville or tropical jerk in Uniondale and you a medium food for that price, so it doesn't make sense to me. Plus the portion size is always off. Plus the rice texture is always hard and soft. You order a small soup they give one piece of meat, than you order a large soup they give you two piece! Like really. You'll need to do better. We're willing to support but changes needs to be made.

DO NOT GO.. I went there to order a very small plate of Jerk Chicken and Macaroni thinking it was going to be 7 or 8 dollars, the lady then tried to charge me 16 dollars for it which is a pure robbery. I think its because there's not a lot of Jamaican restaurants in Long Island so they think they can just overprice people, which is a shame.

This place used to be the best Jamaican food on LI. The quality has gone down. The oxtail is way over cooked and dry. The beef patty was cold and hard. Please do better.

Went last night! I picked up a bad vibe, i ask for jerk chicken and plantain! She ask me rice and peas? I sure, rice and peas right in the front! She goes in the back to get mine???? Big red flag ? why you gotta go in back to get my rice?? There’s rice right! the front ! Playing gospel music! Can’t cover up your evil works! God sees all ! No one was friendly at all! All mean and wicked faces!! Even the men! I walked out so fast!!!!

I absolutely use to love this place one of the best food in long island, but they are becoming a disappointment. I know everything is getting expensive, They do not put enough food in the containers if I am ordering plates large and medium my large should have way more food then the medium. Last few times they have not been filling it up lacking chicken and rice, I could feed 3 people with the amount of food I use to receive.( Thank you cause you guys really held it down) But the last large I ordered I couldn't even share with two people. The older ladies I love them god bless their soul because they would bless the food. but it is them younger girls , they are the ones who are always working.

I'm not taking away that they don't serve the area well. But my BIGGEST PROBLEM IS too much PEPPERS in the brown stew pork the cook have to remember you're cooking for a community not your home. And I have to enjoy what I'm paying my hard earned money
