Yo Go Wild Self Serve Frozen Yogurt

I give 2 stars for the people that work there that can’t get my simple Grubhub order of “create an ice cream bowl, half chocolate, half vanilla” right… twice in a row now.
How hard can that’s possibly be to GET RIGHT?

the first time only had chocolate ice cream….this time had a bowl of chocolate and a separate bowl of vanilla.

And you guys want higher minimum wage.. lmfao!! 😆🤣🤦‍♂️

The best frozen yogurt place on the island. Also has crepes, waffles, ice-cream, etc. The boss is amazing one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met and the customer service is a 10/10. get down there for a good snack🍦🍦

I placed an order thru uber eats for yogurts and ice cream. After placing it I received a call from yo go wild cafe telling me they were out of no sugar added vanilla yogurt. They told me I can cancel it online so I did. The next day I get a email from uber stating I owe them 28.00 cause once the order is made I am being charged for and yo go wild should have cancelled it on their end which they didn’t at all.
Therefore I cancelled my uber eats account and will, never ever order from yo go wild ever again. They lost out on a weekly customer .

I've been looking for this exact gluten-free almond butter acai bowl everywhere, and finally found it! Tasty, delicious, generous portions, and really sweet, kind & attentive staff. I'll be back!!

(Only reason 4 starts instead of 5 is there's a TV on in the back that's a little loud for my tastes, but otherwise this little cafe is a diamond!)

Consistently delicious and smooth with a huge variety of toppings! They sometimes update some new flavors too, but always keep the classics to make everyone happy!

Horrible and rude customer service, they don’t follow allergy restrictions. We had to go back and have our bowl remade and the girls were acting nonchalant towards said allergies. If you have any fruit or other sort of allergies this is not the place to go, as they will take it with a grain of salt in your face.

Crep and yogo is good

No customer service. Workers just look at their cell phones and don't even look up to say hello. They should also pay more attention to keeping the self service areas clean.

I’ve been costumer for almos 10 years and always loved the crepes, I went today to get one and it was cooked too much, it felt like I was eating a piece of cardboard, and without overreacting they just put like 4 pieces of banana and 4 pieces of strawberries, I don’t know if they changed owner or just the workers don’t know what they doing but I was disappointed, don’t think I’ll be coming back 👎

Why am I paying full price for half a bowl of acai?

I’m sorry $34 for ONE large frozen yogurt???? I definitely should have asked for a receipt but it really hit me after I left how their prices are ridiculous or I was double charged.

Great açaí bowls the ice cream is really perfect recommend this place!!
