Oh my goodness! We finally made it here for the first time a couple weeks ago and boy did we not know what we were missing! This place is definitely not as well advertised/known as it should be! Literally a hidden gem right here locally! My family and I were hungry when we went so it wasn’t hard to order one of pretty much everything they had. I never got any pictures but omg everything we have tried so far is top notch!! Especially the bacon cheeseburgers, omg they were something I have never imagined! The people working were so nice and welcoming and patient and helpful! We also got the breakfast sausage, smoked kielbasa, regular kielbasa, a mini “sweetheart” ham, brisket burgers and a couple different flavor sausages that were all soooooo delicious! Oh and I can’t forget about the amazing beef jerkey and other snacks (we got these jalapeño cheddar sticks that I thought I wouldn’t like but ended up eating most of ??), and the delicious local honey! Omg I almost forgot about all of the cheese ? options!!! AMAZING! They were out of the curds when we went but we are definitely looking forward to hopefully grabbing some next time! Everything exceeded our expectations and we are a pretty picky family! I cannot wait to get a chance to go back. Don’t go here expecting shop rite sale prices! lol this stuff is on a whole different level! They are very small business so I don’t mind paying an extra few $ for amazing local quality, but honestly I thought their prices were excellent compared to other smoke houses i have been to. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service and quality local food! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not sure if I got ripped off or if they just can't keep there price listing updated. The I was charged $8.99 for the gourmet burgers I bought and $8.99 for the breakfast sausage.....not $7.99 as posted. I also bought some jalapeno meat sticks and was not charged $13.99 but $15,99 a pound. It's just disappointing because you don't know if the folks just have not updated there pricing or if they are trying to rip you off. Probably makes sense to call next time to verify pricing. Also, most of what i bought was frozen and not fresh so not sure why I would have been charged more, lesson learned....call ahead.

Everything is great here. Best handmade hot dogs, wonderful pork, and delicious sausages and smoked cheese curds! Snack sticks are like Slim Jims on steroids except made with real meat and a good variety of flavors!! I hope I'm not sorry for spreading the word about this hidden gem!!!!! I want my share.March 2021 update: boneless hams are fantastic, regular smoked and hot cappy style. Recently had an apple pie bacon and a new everything bagel style bacon that was fantastic. I know... It's hard to find bad bacon but it's very simple to find the best bacon here! Never gotten a bad thing from here, and the jalapeno cheddar dogs are the best dogs I have ever had, and my friends all agree!
