Bliss is a terrific and delicious cafe with many options for healthy treats, including smoothies and bowls (the Chai spice is my personal favorite!). The ambiance is so cozy the moment you walk through the door, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. Bliss recently added a variety of fun, family-friendly games that make the overall experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend coming to this cafe more — I love it more and more every time I come!

Bliss Cafe and Creamery is always clean. They used fresh fruits. Delicious smoothie bowls with friendly service. This place has one of the best smoothies in the capital region. I would like to go back to sample more of the menu.
