Coray never disappoints. It is the perfect place for a special occasion, or just to enjoy a delicious meal as a treat.

A wonderful wait staff and excellent food, however very noisy. Part of that is our fault because we are seniors!

Coray Kitchen currently has the best eclectic cuisine of any fine dining restaurant in the Capital Region. Five (5) Star Rating.

Just an observation: Everything about this place is fantastic from the exquisite, unusual, creative and uniquely flavorful food to the ambience of the decor and tasteful jazz in the background. Service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to have the waitstaff dress to match the high class feel of the place. I simply thought that worn out T shirts and jeans were not appropriate for this very elegant setting. We’ve needed an establishment like this in Delmar for decades. I am definitely going back many times in the future

Cozy bistro in Delmar Four Corners. Rotational menu features creative and elevated dining. Beverages include cocktails, beer, and wines. Excellent option for a date night or celebration.

This is our second dining experience at Coral Kitchen and both were excellent. The hostess is kind and accommodating. The waitstaff is polite and efficient. The food is wonderful. So far we have had the seafood paella, squid ink pasta with shrimp, surf and turf, and short rib gnocchi. Our goal is to keep returning until we have tried every item on the menu. The flavors are rich, the plate presentation is clean, and the composition of dishes is well delivered. We love everything about Coray and the cocktails are divine.

Excellent food and service. Neighborhood gem. Healthy choice and many options for those with special dietary needs.

I love everything about this restaurant. All of the staff are warm and friendly, the menu is interesting, the environment is calm and relatively quiet, and the food is truly outstanding. I had the halibut the first time I visited, and it was among the best I've ever had. This time I had the short rib special with gnocchi, and it was equally divine. There were four of us in our group, and all of us were very pleased with our meals (not one complaint!). It's also great that no one at this restaurant makes you feel rushed. Great service, wonderful senses of humor -- all around top notch. And our server, Vince, was an absolute delight.

We tried Coray on the recommendation from a friend who claimed the food was “life changing.” They were not wrong. Everything we had was amazing - 5/5 will be back again. Seasonal menu so it changes, but photos include the tomahawk pork chop, sweet potato ravioli, and the scallop special. Wine list was also very good.

Coray Kitchen rivals any high end restaurant in Albany or Saratoga. We had the pork belly and diver scallops for dinner and the mushroom with avocado mousse as our appetizer. Craft cocktails are unique and delicious. What I loved about this place with was the neighborhood feel, the farm to table quality with outstanding service. We've lived in the Albany area for over 30 years and this is one of our top three dining Experiences anywhere to include Prime 677, 15 Church and Yonos. This place is amazing !

I have been to Coray multiple times and have always had an amazing time. Great atmosphere and ambiance/decor. You will have a wonderful experience whether you dine indoors or outdoors. Food and drinks never disappoint (great, well balanced cocktails) and service is top notch. So happy that this is in Delmar.

My wife Brooke and I took a quick trip to Coray Kitchen in Delmar tonight and were so glad we did. We tried two small-plate specials:
1. Burrata with stone fruit, sweet corn relish, pickled blueberry sauce, and basil – fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced.
2. Roasted mushrooms with crispy sticky rice, gochujang, and avocado mousse – earthy, savory, and deeply satisfying.

Both were outstanding, each bite layered with flavor and creativity. We paired them with a couple of cocktails that were nothing short of magic in both flavor and balance.

The restaurant was busy, but still comfortable enough to chat easily. We even shared a great conversation with the owner, Casey, about family and the pace of life.

Highly recommend for anyone who loves food that tastes exactly as it should – with flavor pairings that elevate each dish to the next level. A true gem in the area.
