My wife and I just went to dinner to Coray Kitchen. It was one of the best restaurant experiences that we’ve had in the capital region. The staff was very attentive and amazing. Our waitress Cydney was so informative and even remade a drink for my wife so that she could thoroughly enjoy it on her birthday evening.
She was the sweetest and even brought my wife a small treat to enjoy when we get home!
The food was absolutely delicious from the gnocchi to the Spanish paella!! Farm to table at its finest!
This restaurant has been on our list of visit for a few months now and we were finally able to experience the magic that is Coray Kitchen.

Coray is Amazing food and a wonder why Delmar has earned the right to call it home. This is NYC quality food, in a small upstate town. Worth the wait, Worth the time, Worth every penny, every time.
The food is phenomenal. The service is amazing. We've always been lucky to have Vince as our server and recommend friends to ask for him. His knowledge of the offered food choices is impeccable. The sommelier is very knowledgeable about wine offerings and food pairings. Hands down it's the best place to eat in town. Not a pub food person so it's wonderful to have such a lovely and quaint restaurant option in walking distance. You all should be proud. Great team.
Coray has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the area! Every part of the meal from salad to dessert was exceptional. Even finished off with Brutus coffee served via French press. We were there this past Saturday night, despite the arctic weather. Got there at 5PM and the parking lot had one space left!! Went with friends of ours that have very discerning palates and they were both VERY impressed and delighted. It was their first time dining at Coray. Our waiter, Bobby, did a great job as well. Kudos to Coray! Your reputation, and awards, are well earned and justified!!
Superb in every way - a special place for a special meal without pretense. Service was truly professional and engaging. One of the best meals I've ever had
Coray is truly a gem. We always return for the exquisite food, prepared with the freshest ingredients and thoughtful care by a talented chef. What really makes this establishment special, however, is the entire staff, who give their all to make dining at Coray memorable. It's a must for special occasions, but also the perfect choice whenever you want to enjoy luxurious food in a warm, homey atmosphere.
As always food etc outstanding. I had duck confit which was to die for. For appetizer I had the porkbelly which was amazing too. The mole sauce and beet salad were savory and perfect! Definitely eat here if you get the chance.
Dinner at CORAY Kitchen was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We were celebrating a birthday with a group, and everything about the experience felt spot-on. We started with the cauliflower appetizer, pork belly, and croquettes—each one beautifully executed, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. For mains, several of us had the special gnocchi, which was outstanding. I ordered the surf and turf and was thrilled that it featured shrimp rather than lobster—a much better pairing in my opinion, and done exceptionally well. What really stood out was how nothing felt overdone. The food was simple, thoughtful, and incredibly delicious—confident cooking that lets the ingredients shine. Cocktails were fantastic, and there was a solid selection of beers on draft as well. We couldn't resist dessert and went all out: homemade ice cream, cookies, and a chocolate flourless cake, all excellent. It was also clear they're very mindful of gluten and other dietary restrictions—they mentioned accommodations several times, even though no one in our party needed them. Service was phenomenal throughout—warm, attentive, and polished without feeling intrusive. Truly one of those meals where everything just clicks. A perfect night, and we can't wait to go back.
Always a good meal at coray kitchen. The menu changes seasonally so there is always nee dishes. They also have really good specials. Some of the best dishes i have had at Coray were specials!

Went for my birthday. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Sidney was very nice and did her best to make sure we had a great meal. We shared the pork belly ap which was amazing and my surf and turf was cooked perfectly. If I could give it a better score I would.

This was my first visit to Coray Kitchen, and I can't wait to return. Food, drinks, and service were all top notch
The food was outstanding, the service was very good, but the wine list is mediocre. They should allow patrons to bring their own wine and charge a corkage fee. I will not return.
We had an amazing, innovative, delicious and fun tasting menu. All the dishes were so well conceived, flavorful and fascinating. The wine pairings were spot on and we just had a wonderful time celebrating the restaurant and its success. We loved to see the faces behind the magic and learning more about the origin of the dishes. We can't wait to do it again. Thank you for a wonderful evening and great memory.
