We had an amazing, innovative, delicious and fun tasting menu. All the dishes were so well conceived, flavorful and fascinating. The wine pairings were spot on and we just had a wonderful time celebrating the restaurant and its success. We loved to see the faces behind the magic and learning more about the origin of the dishes. We can't wait to do it again. Thank you for a wonderful evening and great memory.
Just an observation: Everything about this place is fantastic from the exquisite, unusual, creative and uniquely flavorful food to the ambience of the decor and tasteful jazz in the background. Service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to have the waitstaff dress to match the high class feel of the place. I simply thought that worn out T shirts and jeans were not appropriate for this very elegant setting. We’ve needed an establishment like this in Delmar for decades....
