With a brand new remodel, the food and drinks aren’t the only thing fresh at this Dunkin! The employees greet you with smiles and make sure your orders are complete to your satisfaction. Also, dining tables with outlets to conveniently charge your devices along with a change of furniture to enhance the feng shui.

Tired of being nickle and dimed by these places. Especially after already being charged an exorbitant amount for fast food. As of late the lattes have been nearly all milk and no espresso if you ask for even a small amount more they now charge you for it.

Dunkin on western Ave, central Ave, and near the train station in rensselaer have way better service if that's important to you.

The Dunkin Donuts on Deleware Ave was the very worst I have been to. I was visiting the area, I went to get a coffee and a corn muffin, I was in the drive thru and when I asked for the corn muffin, which I've gotten at every other Dunkin Donuts I have ever gone to, I was met with " I don't know what your talking about" I reiterated I was ordering a corn muffin, I was told only muffins we got are choc chip, blueberry and he mentioned one I don't recall, not Im sorry we don't carry corn muffins. Just so rude and unprofessional. Won't be back, and the coffee was awful!!!

This location has really gone down hill, the staff is obnoxiously rude, I order the same drink, and it's always a different price, they try to pass off iced coffee for lattes and it's usually nothing but ice and milk anyway, we just sat for 25 minutes in their drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, when we got to the window, the employee stood there texting on her watch, keep in mind we're on our way to work, then the drink was of course made wrong and not even full, so I paid $6.00 for a half full glass of iced milk. I understand people have bad days, but not everyday. Needless to say, even though I live right up the street, I'll will go out of my way to go to a different location. The bald girl who acts like the boss was the watch phone texter with a bad attitude and the green haired girl is nasty and obnoxious, and it's these two horrible employees that will close this location down. Bye!

I wish I could leave no stars.We stopped at this location yesterday to grab coffees while we were in the area running errands. We ordered 2 Frozen Coffees and waited a long time to get them. After getting them, we went a block away to the grocery store. After take a few sips, we decided to take the drinks back. They did not taste right and almost had a metallic taste to them.We went back and asked for a refund and were told that no one there could process a refund and she could remake our drinks. We gave her the opportunity to remake them but went with Iced Coffees instead. She gave us 2 large drinks that were filled with half n half and ice.I really wanted my money back now and was told to call today and speak with the manager. Either the location is closed or they don't have working phones because when you call, it goes straight to voicemail. Don't waste your time or your money here. I got ripped off.Update: the store manager reached out to me the day after this review was posted. She apologized and was going to put a gift card in the mail that day since I wasn't in the area for a refund. It's been 2 weeks. I got ripped off.

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and they did not seem to know that we ordered food. Had to leave without out foid or getting a refund because we were running too late the hospital, luckily just made it.
