I come here almost every morning but after today I’ve decided I’m tired of everytime I order my order being wrong. I don’t drink caffeine so I usually get a hot chocolate or a hibiscus tea but everytime I either have to check my drink before I leave or by the time I get to work I’ll notice that, while it has my sticker with my name and order on it, the drink will be wrong. It sucks cause this is the only dunkin on my drive to work but I’m tired of my drink order being wrong.

Most times the wake up wraps are warmed way too much and the wrap gets hard as a rock. This morning it was so burnt the cheese was charred but I went back in and they remade it and were very nice about it. I wish the wraps were consistently better. Below is the bad wrap then the one they remade.

Went through the drive thru around 1pm and it was quick and the staff were great. And everything was tasty!
Hilariously slow drive-thru, saw two people drive off before I made it to ordering.

With a brand new remodel, the food and drinks aren’t the only thing fresh at this Dunkin! The employees greet you with smiles and make sure your orders are complete to your satisfaction. Also, dining tables with outlets to conveniently charge your devices along with a change of furniture to enhance the feng shui.
Wheelchair accessibility: Each side of the sidewalk entrances are modeled to allow for wheelchair and stroller use
Tired of being nickle and dimed by these places. Especially after already being charged an exorbitant amount for fast food. As of late the lattes have been nearly all milk and no espresso if you ask for even a small amount more they now charge you for it.
Dunkin on western Ave, central Ave, and near the train station in rensselaer have way better service if that's important to you.

The Dunkin Donuts on Deleware Ave was the very worst I have been to. I was visiting the area, I went to get a coffee and a corn muffin, I was in the drive thru and when I asked for the corn muffin, which I've gotten at every other Dunkin Donuts I have ever gone to, I was met with " I don't know what your talking about" I reiterated I was ordering a corn muffin, I was told only muffins we got are choc chip, blueberry and he mentioned one I don't recall, not Im sorry we don't carry corn muffins. Just so rude and unprofessional. Won't be back, and the coffee was awful!!!
