It’s so nice to find a taco place where the tacos are fresh, hot, and not made on a conveyor belt. This local eatery knows how to prepare cauliflower tacos: light breading, perfectly browned, not too salty. The fish tacos are also carefully prepared with impeccable attention to detail — and taste. These may not be the world’s biggest tacos in size, like someone told me, but if you want that, go to a chain. The corn tacos I hear are delicious — crispy, flavorful , not greasy...
Finally made time to go to FoCo Taco today.
whoa! what a delicious burrito. I've been searching for a great burrito for years. Full of flavor and perfect proportions of ingredients. Moe's and Chipotle, meh. I think I may need to get one once a week! the brisket taco on special was also delicious.
