My go to when I want Chinese near Delmar. Fast, good, reasonably priced. The building is small and old but looks clean and I've never gotten that old greasy taste I've had elsewhere.
One of the worst general sow’s chicken I’ve had in quite a while. This is food grade Truckers food.

My first and last time....I stopped for egg drop soup....OMG he made in the wok and it tastes and looks like dish water. I went to my favorite place South Wok and got their delicious egg drop soup!!! Check out my picture - Great Wall on left - South Wok on right -- it's a no brainer which one is better!! Extra pic is Great Wall egg drop soup.
Not good food. Opened the bag to spilled sauce and everything soggy. Chicken was chewy and had a lot of grizzle.
The food was absolutely delicious as usual. Highly recommended!
this place needs to shut down, worst Chinese food in the world, would rather eat out of the garbage
I’ve been having food from here since before I can remember. Probably around 20-30 years? The food is ALWAYS consistent and amazing. Our entire family on both sides love this place. The family that operates the place are some of the sweetest people in town. My folks from my generation that moved away still talks about how much they miss My Place and Great Wall 🤣😂!
Anyway, love this place forever.
Everything was indeed overcooked and looked a weird color spent a lot on our dinner for family if 3 the sesame chicken was chewy and tasted weird never again

My three-year old said she was thirsty on the walk to Great Wall and I told her we could get a bottle of water at the restaurant, forgetting I had paid online and left my wallet at home. The man at the counter heard me trying to explain this to my disappointed toddler and very graciously gifted us the bottle. 10/10, would recommend. Food was good too.

I've lived here for 3 years, my husband over 10 years. When I moved here I asked if he ever ordered from Great Wall & he said he thought so and it wasn't good. He has a terrible memory & isn't a foodie at all. Because of that we never ordered from here. Our go to is Empire Wok. To me it's edible with some good things. They are closed on Tuesdays & I want feeling good and wanted Chinese. So I put a delivery order in & I'm so happy I did. I'm sooo mad it took me this long to order from Great Wall. I'm from NYC, so I know good Chinese food. Their egg rolls are AMAZING! So flavorful & the filling reminds me of NYC takeout. I'm craving one right now, and suspect this will be my new vice. The fried rice is brown with mung bean sprouts not yellow with peas & carrots! The way its supposed to be! Delicious...its just missing a little egg. My husband sesame cold noodles & vegetable dumplings were really good & said the dumplings were the best he ever had. I ordered fried wonton & my only issue is the wrappers were inconsistent. Some had the thin wonton wrapping and some an egg roll wrapping. I liked the thicker egg roll wrapping. The filling was good. I ordered wonton soup, which I was too full to eat. As of right now, with just these dishes alone I would run back here to order. I can't say how their entrees are but I can't wait to try. I wish the owners would spruce up their fascade/sign. I think it would improve the Four Corners but also give a better impression of this amazing restaurant!

I've been coming to them for years! Food is always delicious and crispy. They look like a typical hole in the wall. But they're truly a gem. As it stands they will have our business indefinitely.
Kid-friendliness: They're a family run business with their kids helping when they can. They're pleasant people who are very sweet with children who are in their shop.

Best Chinese takeout in the area by far. Best prices as well. Highly recommend. We love the broccoli with garlic sauce and the Buddha Delight.
