The most useless McDonald's I've ever been to. Employees are rude and mess up orders all the time. On top of that close time according to Google AND the app says 11pm and me and my girlfriend have made several orders online or gone to the drive through 10-1030pm and the app will go though but nobody will answer the speaker. Despite seeing people in there, them making eye contact with you, and ignoring you. Thought maybe it was a one time issue but it's happened 4 seperate times over the course if a few months. The staff here are useless and lazy.

Quaint laid-back calm little nook in the hamlet of Elsmere within O Little Town of Bethlehem with decent kind staff good for a nosh. Convenient and even almost charming— being not in Albany really gives it a Leg Up. The music they play here is finely curated uplifting late 90s pop; exquisite choice and low-key genius if you think about it. Satisfying.

Worst experience Ariana is disgusting and rude. The manager Reina telling us she wasn’t able to find our order like as if McDonald’s doesnt track their orders. DONT HIRE PEOPLE WHO CANT WORK IN FAST FOOD AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS!
Restaurant smells like sewage. Breakfast burrito was ice cold. Incorrect change given by employee who only speaks Spanish. Waited 4 minutes for someone to finally show up at the register and 5 minutes for cold food.
Food was sloppily prepared but had an extremely hard time understanding the drive thru person and she had a hard time understanding us. Ended up having to go in anyway and ordering what she did not put on our order.

This McDonald's serves cold food and soggy French fries for gourmet prices. This store smells very dirty and like septic. Slippery dirty floors and tables are filthy. Staff sitting around doing nothing.
Ordered 5$ meal deal they forgot the fries I go back and they said we are closed I’m like well you forgot them all he said sorry we are closed he didn’t understand what I was saying it was 10pm on Friday when they supposed to be open till 11

Grabbed Big Mac, my lifelong personal favorite! It was as fresh as I've ever gotten at a McD's... the veggies on it & the bun were fresh. The service was amazingly fast, accurate & friendly. I only eat Big Macs now about 3-5x annually since I often do get a belly ache that night (hard on my personal digestion) & I know the healthy value is minimal, at best lol but I've grown up loving an infrequent Big Mac, regardless. I will note that the prices are ridiculously high now, esp given the fresher, healthier meat options that exist nearby! My sole Big Mac cost me $12!!!

Me and my friends entered this place hoping for a quick meal. we order 20 dollars worth of food, waited for almost and hour for our food which never came. In the end, the staff did give us a full refund begrudgingly. Also the air in there smells like rotting sewage, the only good smelling place in the entire building, was the bathroom. We asked if they were backed up, they said they were very backed up. With 3 people, and a broken drive thru? We will not be returning.

This morning at 7:39 AM, I got a notification that someone tried to use my Cash App card at the McDonald’s in Delmar, NY for $5.50 — while I was still in bed. The last time I was even at that location was two weeks ago while doing laundry nearby.
Thankfully, my card was locked so the payment was declined, but I never authorized it. This makes me think my card information may have been copied or stolen during my last visit.
If you use wind up using a card, I recommend keeping your card locked when you’re not using it and checking your transactions daily.

The employees are rude. Made me pull up and wait for 2 sandwiches for 15 minutes. Recieved my order only to not have the sauce requested and 1 of the 2 sandwiches came as just a bun and lettuce!!!!

Somehow they always miss food, but there’s never been an extra item by accident. Seems like every time there’s something wrong, including this time missing 3 items from the order.
