Grabbed Big Mac, my lifelong personal favorite! It was as fresh as I've ever gotten at a McD's... the veggies on it & the bun were fresh. The service was amazingly fast, accurate & friendly. I only eat Big Macs now about 3-5x annually since I often do get a belly ache that night (hard on my personal digestion) & I know the healthy value is minimal, at best lol but I've grown up loving an infrequent Big Mac, regardless. I will note that the prices are ridiculously high now, esp given the fresher, healthier meat options that exist nearby! My sole Big Mac cost me $12!!!

Me and my friends entered this place hoping for a quick meal. we order 20 dollars worth of food, waited for almost and hour for our food which never came. In the end, the staff did give us a full refund begrudgingly. Also the air in there smells like rotting sewage, the only good smelling place in the entire building, was the bathroom. We asked if they were backed up, they said they were very backed up. With 3 people, and a broken drive thru? We will not be returning.

This morning at 7:39 AM, I got a notification that someone tried to use my Cash App card at the McDonald’s in Delmar, NY for $5.50 — while I was still in bed. The last time I was even at that location was two weeks ago while doing laundry nearby.
Thankfully, my card was locked so the payment was declined, but I never authorized it. This makes me think my card information may have been copied or stolen during my last visit.
If you use wind up using a card, I recommend keeping your card locked when you’re not using it and checking your transactions daily.

Made my last stop to this dump. . Waited 30 minutes in drive thru only to be told move up to second window to pay I’m holding up the line PAY FOR WHAT ? I didn’t even place my order ! I drove away never to return . I’m calling corporate to let them know how bad this place really is

I keep trying to come up with reasons to go back here but I can’t anymore. The prices are absolutely insane, even compared to other McDonald’s in the area. The portion control is also insane. How come I can get a large (actual large) meal from chic fil a for $12, but go to this McDonalds and get their “large” (more like a medium) meal for $15. Plus, they up charge you $2 minimum for a lemonade. We watched the worker fill up a medium cup with lemonade to below half the cups volume, then pour ice in to fill out the rest of the cup. $17 for a “large” meal of lesser quality food does not make sense. Isn’t McDonald’s supposed to be where we go for cheap quick food that we know isn’t the best but get it anyway? There’s absolutely no reason to go here now! Will not be back.

Ordered from the app, few minutes later app said the order was ready but the food didn’t come out for another 15 minutes. And it was missing half the order. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to help me and i gave up and left.
