Surprisingly or should I say not surprisingly this Subway has lowered my expectations. I just spent 18.88 on two subs, and they had the unmitigated gall to charge me 10 cents for the paper bag it is placed in. I will certainly keep this bag as a reminder the next time I want a sub. I was not impressed by the way the sub was thrown together as if there was a fire in the building. I have purchased subs here before many times over the last time was the previous weekend where I purchased 2 subs also, but I was not banged over the head with a 10 cent charge for the bag. It was more than likely the owner or the management that made this bag money making scheme to increase his revenue flow. It was not enough to charge 18.78 for tow subs, but they added 10 cents with surely help with their retirement plan. Spent it wisely, because I will not be returning to your so called eatery. I hope others will take notice that taking advantage of your customers only leads to your loss of business. Its the cost of doing business. You have a good business product model, however no sensible business sense. By the way, Price Chopper makes fantastic subs. I'll just travel a little further for better ingredients, better meat products, and a much fairer price. Thanks for the education. For you, nothing hurts more than an education.

I like this subway, the ladies who work there are so nice and never have an attitude. I actually live near the menands subway on Broadway and I won't dare go there anymore. I swear they count your lettuce in there. But that's a different review. Yes I drive all the way to this subway for my dad's subs. Its a little far for me but I like being treated with respect and I like not getting snarled at for asking for extra pickles! Lol

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY!! A few months back I went to get a sub around 6:00pm and there was this very sweet young lady working and she was being very polite and doing everything the customers asked for on the sandwich in front of me in the line. She was doing a great job but I could see she was hiding back tears and her face looked stressed out. Then this big woman I think her name was erin( on her name tag) started yelling at her in front of everyone that she cut the sandwich wrong and that she had to do it again because, from her words " it looked like s***** Erin threw it out and yelled to make another right in front of her, and she was very closely hovering over the girl. The lady in front said the sandwich looked fine, and there was no need to throw it out. Then Erin said " we'll if it's s**** yes it need to be thrown out". And then the young lady fixed it and apologized. When it came time to check out the young lady had trouble finding something on the screen I believe, and she was trying to figure it out because Erin was working on my sandwich, and she didn't want to bother her. But then Erin said to her " what are you doing!" The young lady explained the problem and the Erin yelled " well why the hell do you look like a deer with headlights, you should know this, fix the goddam problem!" At this point I was so distraught that the manager would yell at this young lady like that. There were also children around hearing all this. I saw the young lady go into the back when Erin shoved her away, and she looked like she was having a panic attack and she wiped away tears, but hid it very quickly and put on a brave face when Erin stepped back to yell at her more. I stayed and ate there to try and hear if she would yell more, and Erin yelled at this young lady for the dumbest reasons. For example there was a thumb print on the door and she brought her out and said " look at this!" " does it look clean to you,... no it's very simple, you take a paper and you wipe!" "And the girl stood there and said sorry, I'll clean it better" and rushed to do it. Then Erin under her breath when she walked back to get herself a drink, said " has your mother taught you nothing". At this point I'm pissed and I leave, I told the girl she was doing a great job and not to listen to the mean old lady, I gave her a hug and when I did she let out a small whimper almost and had another tear come down her face. Erin should be FIRED! I will never go to subway here again because of the managers attitude. Disgusting!

Went in an hour after opening, obviously finishing off yesterday's chicken teriyaki. You could taste the dryness from the microwave reheat. Not fresh.

I waited in line 10 minutes for a meatball sub and then the guys like oh I put them away. They weren't closing for another 90 mins. Horrible customer service. Lost two customers in the line when they heard that as well.
