A fight attendant went to Antoinette's Sweet and came to Charlotte NC and gave my boyfriend this delicious Milk chocolate Novelty Buffalo shape chocolate I can't wait to come here and experience this place I enjoyed this chocolate it remind me of Lindor chocolate soo sweet and smooth 5 star chocolate indeed ❤️💯

I have been coming here since I was a little kid and absolutely loved the ice cream and chocolate! Unfortunately I am not a fan of their new ice cream recipe. The last time I got a Raspberry rhapsody I couldn’t even finish it because it tasted so off/unenjoyable. I also have noticed a decline in quality in the sponge candy over the past year where it’s now usually flat, odd pieces, and I have even had the insides melted (sponge thick/yellow/disintegrated) after just purchasing almost every single time. Please go back to old recipes and more quality control 🥲!

Update: Seems like management cares even less about customer service than the counter staff does. At least the staff only ignored us, the manager I spoke to was dismissive and disinterested. I wouldn't go there again if they were the only ice cream place in the greater Buffalo area. What a baffling awful experience! Tonight we decided to try this place out on a whim, which I fully regret. At no point did any employee acknowledge my 3 person party, not even when we were at the counter actively trying to order. It genuinely felt like we had walked into a private party and the staff was trying to figure out how to get us to leave. We did end up leaving when an employee started serving someone else that had walked up to the counter after we did. I don't know if I feel more confused or more insulted, but I certainly felt invisible and unwanted. Sorry for trying to buy ice cream I guess???

My mom used to take me to Antoinette’s all the time as a kid for ice cream and my grandfather used to get me chocolate hearts for Valentine’s Day. I live in NJ now, but I went home to visit and took my husband with me and brought him in to Antoinette’s as a part of a nostalgia tour I took him on.
He picked out a box of orange milk chocolate animal minis. My husband is not a sweet tooth by any means, but he LOVED these chocolates. We brought them home and every morning he would have exactly one piece with his coffee.
As they started to run low, I went to the website and was delighted to find that Antoinette’s ships (at a reasonable $12 rate for two day shipping). I ordered him another box and they arrived two days later, cold packed securely and not at all melted even in the middle of summer.
I’ll be ordering from here again and am excited to be able to have Antoinette’s in my life as an adult!

Took my son to Antoinette’s Sweets, and it was such a nostalgic treat! This old-school soda fountain has been a community staple since the early 1900s, and walking in brought back so many memories. The interior still has the classic soda fountain counter and wooden benches, so charming.
We tried a couple of ice creams to help my son choose, and they were phenomenal, I even remembered the taste from my childhood! They also offer chocolates, truffles, and fun touches like stuffed animals, which added to the charm. I had a milkshake (next time I’m getting a float!), and my son was completely mesmerized by his ice cream…so good he barely talked!
It’s wonderful to see a long-standing business like this thriving, and we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classic, delicious ice cream experience with a little history sprinkled in.

Amazing speedy service! Even tho it was summertime, when I opened the box, contents were still cool to the touch. I placed order on a Sunday and arrived early afternoon on Wednesday, clear across the country. VERY reasonable shipping and I can now have a box Antoinette's chocolates whenever!

Hi, I stopped in to buy 2 sweet treats for a gift. When I asked if I could have them tied together with some curling ribbon I was told that they don’t do special wrapping only the items that were already in there show case. This would have been equivalent to a 6 inch piece of curling ribbon. Very disappointed. Very disappointed see you next time. NOT!

Ice cream is really thick and tasty, and their whipping cream is heavy but tastes really good. The ambience is nice, but the metal silverware and water glasses were kind of dirty. The shakes taste more like milk instead of a shake. Overall, decent ice cream shop.
